My mod is doing 600h @ 50watt on the 1060. 3x 1060 cards, 1800@150watt.
could you post nvidia-smi proof?
and I have rabbit in my pocket with my Vega 64 doing 1990h/s with the same 150watt )))

Maybe SP_ could do a Monero mod, to help them resist the urge to flash their cards with the RX Vega 64 bios Grin

I have already done a monero mod for pascal cards. Works best on windows 7 and custom launchconfig.

gtx 1060 3gb/6gb ~600, gtx 1070 ~800
Vega 54 is doing 1800h/s with 150watt, you need to rework your mod quickly )))

Now, I'm really confused!

No need to be confused, sp_ isn't selling his farm. It's boring here, that's all...

About the only interesting thing there is going on right now is that skunk clusterfuck. Fun to watch.

well magnatum is trash with infinite supply and signatum is going to die not much to talk about

Does anybody know if there is a Tribus miner by sp-mod publicly available?

There is already private miner that is doing 1200 sols on ti card and 700 on 1070.I am guessing it's being sold to big farms only

I need proof picture 1200 Sols on 1080ti  Roll Eyes

Most of you live in third world countries so you don't need to worry about getting nuked anyway.  Roll Eyes

Wow, what was that all about?

(-;

Rumor is that sp_ sold his farm and opened a major usd short position and is now trying to talk usd down even more.

Looks like total nethash of major algos is not rising anymore, can it be true? Bensam is monitoring those closely and might have facts. Eth+etc was 8.5T before zec launch, now it's 106T.

These last mining quarters have been really boring last three years, we'll see if we have fourth in a row...

Pretty much. Even the GPL drama here died down. SP doesn't seem to actually be doing anything.

Where is Chyro with his 'I do everything better then SP' with a new miner that we all need?

Have you seen the crazy ass stuff going on with RX Vega 56 - there is going to be so many dead Vega cards in a few months.

Not sure how this is related to sp_ modded opensource nvidia kernels.

Looks like those vegas will die happy mining cryptonight.

And just when I said it's boring something happens.

Why should it die if it is running stock memory and below stock gpu clocks with downvolting?

Look at reports on HBM2 pricing, then you would realise Samsung is binning their HBM2 yields.

Samsung is giving AMD a big discount to take the lowest binned units, which is why AMD can hit the $400 price point with RX Vega 56.

The best binned units of HBM2 sell for around $150 for 8GB.

It is pretty clear, the HBM2 on RX Vega 56 is long way off that rating for quality and voltage tolerances.

The fact is you don't need to even flash vega64 bios to vega56 to run xmr fast.
Even with its 1.25v HBM2 Vega can handle modest 920mhz memory clock and it is enough for 1.8kh/s.
Eth is different story with needed higher memclock and power ...

Yeah, but the crazy stuff is about the people flashing a 64 bios and then mining crypto 24/7!
