These custom avatars are proving to be big hit! I don't know what's the feedback in other parts of the forum, but in Croatian local board everyone sees it as a positive change. As a matter of fact, just the other day one of the members there said that he is noticing our custom avatars( referring to examplens and me) way more than before and that can only be a good thing.
Anyway, just wanted to share some feedback from others outside this campaign on this significant change. And who knows, maybe other managers see the benefit of this and allow it in their campaigns too.

We like the designs of 'Despairo', 'examplens' and 'notblox1'. We approve any of them. Design of 'darewaller' is also good, but the problem is that his logo is less readable.

I was working on it and finally was able to come up with a design that shows logo as well. Please check the avatar and if still any room for improvement I would be glad to do it. Was a fun thing to take part in and hope you like it.

A big part of BestChange logo is in black colour because of that is not best visible on black background. It looks much better, but I think it still not clear.
Maybe you can add discrete shadow or border around the logo with the same green colour as on a Fibonacci graph.

I can see some people are using custom avatar with WO hat. You are editing the WO hat and using that. If I'm not wrong, xhomerx10 is the creator of the avatars and thus, you don't have the right to customize it without his permission. You should ask first to xhomerx10 whether you can edit the hat or not.

How about this cap? Honestly, I did not make the cap, xhomerx10 made it. 
I believe xhomerx10 is fine with such caps, even people customize it but sure it is the best if you ask for his permission (in private message or public post) before doing customization.
I asked his help to create the avatar I am wearning now but he misunderstood my idea and created the BeardedBaby cap above. I am sorry the BeardedBaby because I did not ask for his permission to use the image of bearded baby.
By the way, I have a proposal for Best_Change:
If you see good positive effects from customized avatars, you can move further to open avatar campaigns, I am sure some guys from the ChipMixer gangs will join the party. They are free from avatars and they are undoubtedly high-quality enthusiasts.

Firstly, on the avatar there must be our logo, and it must be large and readable. Secondly, it must get approved by us via PM. If somebody wants to have a plane on the avatar, well, they can send such avatar to us to get approval. At the moment we have no issue with it. Speaking about your avatar we can approve it. But we have one request: our logo must be larger and more readable.

Today's hat type model avatar, is there any other type/model avatar tomorrow, which is displayed here, @BestChange what if one of the participants must have a personal avatar with the words (BestChange), no matter this week's participant and tomorrow's, he changes the avatar to: train, plane, and so on.
No problem at all IMO, but every time you change avatar should get permission from the campaign manager. There is some concern about the custom avatar. You shouldn't mix the Best_Change logo with some other brand logos, and you shouldn't advertise any other service on avatar even it's your own. Of course, you have to follow forum rules as well when you are customizing your avatar. 31. User avatars must not contain NSFL or NSFW content, infringe on copyright or attempt to impersonate a user.[10]
Violating forum rules regarding customizing avatar will not only harmful to you, it would bring a negative effect on Best_Change as well. So whenever you intend to update avatar discussion with the manager. Jump to:
