Hello everyone, for some reason I have a problem with receiving payments from the pool http://www.chrcpool.com/, I use the GUI wallet, I need help

open your wallet
    go to "settings"
    then choose "Show seed"
enter your wallet password as will be asking by a prompt
copy and save passphrase (nmenomic) which are given to you
    "close wallet" form settings
in the opening window, after have choosing your language, choose the second option "Restore wallet from ..."
in the other opening window, paste or enter previously saved passphrase (nmenomic)
give to your wallet a new name (or keep old name but old associated backup files need to be deleted first)
go to next step and give to a new password (or keep the old one)
then your wallet will be well updated and you must have good behavior now (expected balance, unlocked amount, ...)

ETH hashrate is not stable too... Same thing with ZEC (jumps 210 h/s - 310h/s all the time).
Once problem i have on each pool - "Socket closed: too many connections"

You need to check your internet connections, if it is attached to Lan cable try to change cable or port, if not attached to main router try to attach to main router or modem.
One of my friend had same issues and changing LAN port to main router instead of LAN switch fixed this issue.

Also, Charna wallet, are you running on windows 10? because for me it is not working, i can getting error in system32 file atiadlxy.dll ie either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.

I was able to synch blockchain but GUI wallet is not opening?
any idea?

Hi,

Thank you very much, but as you know, dev has a lot of other jobs he needs to finish before he can start with support for your and levi coin, if you can wait we will be happy, but we understand if you don´t want to wait.

Hi

We have the support as well to offer. If our teams are willing to help
a provide the support as sounds like both coins are maybe that is a
positive thing.
We have the people who will more than gladly provide 24/7/365 support.
Without hesitation they will.
We not only have the community support, but the technical support
needed to make sure if CHRC traded, any issues would be addressed
immediately.
If they need to assist others as well they would do so.

@danycoman so the concern is that, because coindev1 is mining at the same time he is developing, you're afraid he will dump on the market?

I understand the concern - it's the same reason I hate coins with big pre-mines.  The concern is the same, that dev will dump on the market.  But at the same time, the dev does need to have some coins, right?  Otherwise, the dev has no reason to grow the coin's value.

I think @coindev1 is trying to address some of these concerns, by stating publicly that he will not be selling, and by offering screenshots of his wallet.  That is more than other devs from other projects do.  It's always a isk with any coin that the dev will dump.  It's just not realistic to expect a dev to promise not to mine.  Even if a dev says he is not mining, there can be no proof of that.  I think @coindev1 has given us no reason not to trust his intentions, so we should believe he'll be an okay dev until he does something worse than other devs do.  Him choosing to mine does not make him worse than other devs, in my opinion.

@danycoman I think you must have a lot of coins, because you run the biggest pool, right?  So we might also be afraid you will dump.  But I think this is a good project, and if everyone is smart, we can all profit in the long term if we hold until the value of the coin grows.  This will make sense if the commercial projects are real.  If you think there is even a chance it is real, then I suggest you try to stay neutral on this coin.

And even if you don't want to spend your time being part of the team anymore, at least do not directly attack the coin.  You have a right to tell everyone that the dev is mining, and let everyone else decide if they want to invest in the coin anyways.  But going out of your way to damage the coin without more proof that this is a scam doesn't save the community from anything, and it doesn't help you keep what value you have from pool fees.

Edit: changed some phrasing and made some corrections.

If you want (and have problems with wallet), i will keep your coins before listing.
One moment if it's not difficult - after listing plz up my TRUST level, because it's my main (and only) account for many projects.

yeah, no problem . thank you for your help , you should have 1000+ coins, which you can use no worries, i was getting ready my miner for this coin.
Will start mining when i will have my own address.

Very good. One question. What type of equipment do you use?
For me, i have 18 GPU NVIDIA GTX1060 and 6 AMD RX480. Now hashrate for cryptonote algo is 12 KH/s. VPS and physical servers + 6KH/s (many XEONs, with 0% using...).
But hashrate is not stable, i don't know what the issue...

I have all AMD GPU and I dont use CPU for mining generally as I also do Burst mining and Storj on the same system. Usefully I mine ETH, but on cryptonote also i dont see issue of stability. If you mine through a good pool you should get consistent results.
I have also seen dips but when i checked there were lot of connection timeout, key is to use nearest server possible, so you need to find decent pool around your location
