Indeed, due to security concerns (among others) following Ledger's hack, an old french Legendary member decided to delete all his posts. It breaks your stats a bit but it shouldn't happen too often (I hope).
Thanks for clearing out the reasons of French board going into negative post difference. Looking at numbers of most active French members, you actually had a good month and would be very high on the chart. These things happen quite often, boards going into negative so this happening is not a big precedent. As a matter of fact, some boards like Chinese are in negative for more than a year now.
Sad to see that activity in Bangladesh local thread has decreased significantly. It's possible that due to the recent scandal on "A guy get caught for using bitcoin" (actually he is involved with hacking activities), activity has been decreased as bitcoin users in our local are in more fear. This is just my speculation.
Hm, can't say I heard about that case, someone in Bangladesh got arrested for using Bitcoin? But yeah, I know that your government is not very friendly towards crypto and that can certainly affect the popularity. Even with this decreased post number you are still among most active threads in other languages/locations section.
The Indonesian local board has experienced a fairly good increase throughout January 2021. This feels good because previously the activities observed there had decreased both in terms of merit and number of post. Thanks @Rikafip, I've updated the thread and hope it will continue in the following months.
Increased number of (quality) posts is the first prerequisite to increase amount of merit and looks like you are working towards that. If you check some of my first overviews I did, Indonesian board was already in decline, but merit shared number stayed quite high, but as number of posts was decreasing, so was merit, which culminated in December. You drop was so significant that even members from other boards noticed that, like @fillippone in one of his earlier posts in this thread. Hopefully January wasn't just an exception and you are getting back on track.
