Exactly boss, the way them they take create threads wey no de relevant ehn e tire me oo, person no fit they engage in all these threads because most of them no get use for our local board.

If you create the list of the spam created threads or list of spammers e go good so that them go take note and be doing the right thing.

Exactly, omen I confused. I wanted to create that but I old my peace, newbies, Jr. Members and Full Members are spamming the board. They just turned the board to social media handles. I was discussed with a friend yesterday for the misbehavior of some guys here. Let clean the board again. Whenever you said I should start, I will create that thread. Those who are bringing Newbies will also face the consequences.

Replaced Agbe with Mate as na him be the next on the line based on the chart above and Agbe no qualify based on the excluded rules of having over 1k merit.

Congratulations to all the best posters and the special reward winners, sadly this campaign has been put to a stop. Now attention can be shifted to Hugeblack local board weekly merit review (no posting on thread) and dis one na better merit dey fall in (like last week about 90+ merits enter the board and na so e go dey be) dis one no get rank discrimination and na mostly newly contents (weekly) wey go qualify for the pick. Also know say picking one quality post from a thread expose other quality post on that thread to his review which means I no go fit dey list all quality from a particular thread, only the best picks will be chosen to bring attention to the thread.

As I dun yarn like dis, I hope una understand wetin to do, drop the best reply FAM and if dem increase my merit in future or Hugeblack pause I go resume this campaign so until we see again, remain bless in JESUS NAME, amen.

Well I no too reason am because I know say na small small dem dey take rise up so no need to panic them, but I believe say with time them go dey used to dey quote people. To be frank I really shock to see how you guys the take out time to run these monthly statistics for the Naija LB. Especially omen like @Igebotz and few other wey the put these figures and words together to see the Naija LB at its best. I no really the follow up recently but based on wetin my eyes don see I gat increase my participation for the LB more than ever before as e no go bad say my name too enter this list by next month. Nothing still spoil we kip pushing till them grant our request cos Naija no dey carry last.

So far, I think this is the major focal point that has made this local board so much active and I do commend our able Igebotz for his commitment to putting up with this task every month irrespective of his tight schedule. I think I need to put more efforts this time so I could get a future on the list amongst the top 20 most active and by the grace of God golden feathers of the month. 

Nevertheless, our request and appeal are still valid and hopefully we would get a reply from the administrator then everything would be alright with our local board. Let us continue to encourage ourselves and be our brothers keeper.

You would have quote the particular place you want to quote Instead of quoting the whole statistics of August. I think quoting the whole thing is against the rules unless it is a specific case whereby you are quoting for a reference purpose and or for an evidence. But if you are quoting for ordinary comment purpose, you don't have to quote the whole. I was surprised to see my name on the two list this last month update. I thought I have been removed from the Golden Feathers list but miraculously I saw my name this time. Was it a mistake or it is the lastest policy? Charles-Tim, I appreciate your commitment in the local board to stay at the top in every month and to all the active members in the local board. You people should not worry for now better days are coming for everyone to enjoy when we don get our merit sources and the moderators then everything go dey okay.

Na true talk na, is always a privilege to get people like C. Brainboss, Igeeh Charles -Tim and other people way I no remember to mention on our local board, three of them have single handedly make sure say everybody is carried along, the impact way them done create for our local board can never be forgotten, the vibe way I they always get for our board anytime I enter there they sweet me, the board they always they active. I just they grateful the way them they coordinate the board.

Although e no easy sha but with the little help and solid efforts we go get everything we need as I know too well that Rom wasn't built a day na so e dey for here too.
Na small small we go carry grow, like self na people wey been dey try dey active but at some point me lose pressure based on say many things occupied man for head and how e go take tackle everything. But nevertheless, I dey see every every and I go follow them up to the comments. I go dedicate months for this we local so that my face go show back sha.

Omo @Igeh u really they try for this chart way u they always update, some days ago when I been receive notification 4rm one of Rikafip thread for local board performance, I shock to even see say me I don make reach 30+ post last month, this days way I they feel like say I no too they steady for this forum and our local board too bcuz of acada hustle.

Thank you to everybody way they alway give their best for the board, the board don strong pass the way eh they when I been first enter this forum, and nah the kind change way we really need, plenty people dy rank up, more people they put effort to also dy active for the local board. I didn't make the list this month for one or two reasons, but congratulations to the award winners, and I'm like the trend of seeing new names added to the list.

It was a lot of labour when the numbers were in charts and graphs, but now it's more scraping and pasting, no data cleaning, and no data visualisation. It only takes a few hours, and sometimes even less.

And the reason you have a similar username is simple: Newbies - member ranks find it difficult to keep constant, and secondly, they all rank over the requirements to compete for the honour. Looking at the number of current Full members on the board, it would be more competitive if Full members were included. But I understand your aim is to motivate the lower Ra nk
