There are three methods:
- Perfom a clean boot (here is how to do a clean boot https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135 ) and see what happens
- Uninstall any visual c++ program and install the latest version (found here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=A7B7A05E-6DE6-4D3A-A423-37BF0912DB84&displaylang=en).
- Run the system file checker: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
You can also try booting in safe mode and see if you still have the issue.

If you can't get it to work via windows no matter what you do, install something like virtual box. Install linux as a virtual machine. And just use the linux wallet (and move over your wallet.dat).
Could be useful for the future, as then you can install linux wallets for any coins you want. If they ever explode into horribleness, they won't affect your main OS.

My advice you need to instal your Operation System
and try again to run your wallet for sure your the computer system is working fine.

Had a huge problem here my wallet is showing errors I just transferred it to my new desktop but every time I tried to run it this message shows and had to terminate it

Backup your wallet.dat before from old computer and save it in flashdisk
and delete all data Chesscoin in your new desktop

Before running my wallet on a different computer, I copy the ChessCoin folder from AppData\Roaming of the previous computer to the AppData\Roaming folder of the following one. It has worked so far.
As you say that you deleted everything in AppData, I don't know if you still can get a hold of AppData\Roaming\ChessCoin from your previous computer ...

Curious, so just tested my wallet. Using the old wallet, older nodes, and after a bit of a delay, it seems to be syncing now.
Guess only thing I can suggest is try the old wallet if all else fails? Not that it should matter either way.
I wouldn't suggest running wallets on your main computer (if your new desktop is in fact your main computer), besides maybe a btc wallet (even then, I prefer to keep mine offline). I'd suggest either a virtual machine, or use an old laptop or some junko computer lying around just to keep spare wallets on. Save you some heartache if one day you run across an infected wallet.
