Indeed, this has already happened, we purchased the copper account the the OP has been updated, it is much easier on the eyes now  Cool
Well, that's a start for Chipstars to have a better ann thread for the site since copper membership removes the restriction of unable to post images using the bbcode for images. Honestly, I think it did take almost a year before the ann thread is edited and as far as I can see about the post which posted on 2021 on December 7 and updated on November 7 this year. Although it is a bit late at least, you guys accepted suggestion from forum users. Any plan on promotions or events exclusive for Bitcointalk users?

As far KYC, we do not bother crypto players with KYC unless there was something odd detected, we really keep it as simple as it comes, try it out, deposit a bit crypto, play some and request a withdrawal, you will be happy:-)

And lastly, for restricted countries, just use a VPN, we do not mind. Cool
I don't think this is a good idea, there's a high chance a user who use VPN will make the casino detect something suspicious if there's many accounts are using same IP address. What if someone use VPN and then they submit a personal information that if he's from a country that ban gambling? will you report it to court since the player is break the law on his country or what?

I think the best way is to ask KYC at first when someone want to use VPN due to his own reason.

Indeed, we would have started to post here no later than next week.
I have to correct you on the lifetime, we had a soft launch less than a year ago.

Once again, Glad to see that you cared about this community. The promo you offered is too small. BTW, I have already tried your website, and the experience was smooth. Suppose you have a reasonable budget for marketing purposes. I would suggest you launch a Signature campaign on Bitcointalk. You can quickly spread awareness of your casino's overall boards and sub-board of the forum. For Signature Campaign, I would suggest you some reputed Signature Campaign managers. You may contact one of them @Hhampuz, @yahoo62278, @icopress.
We have been in touch with some users regarding this, we have not yet found a deal that would pass the CFOs desk, we are working on it:-)

This thread is not so active and last activity from user is last September so maybe you need to do something to make this thread alive. Inactivity cannot attract players since most of the time people checking threads to know what's going on here. Maybe implement a contest or try to run a signature campaign since this could increase the traffic of your casino just like what other successful casino do here.

Hya, thanks for that.

If we may point out some things, you have stated the odds are not the best at times, we have always been using the highest available RTP settings available for slots, there are no restrictions on them at all, they are transparently displayed if you hover over the info-box on the games.

Same for the sports book odds, we have a very competitive bookie with odds that are competitive with the biggest players in the industry.

As far KYC, we do not bother crypto players with KYC unless there was something odd detected, we really keep it as simple as it comes, try it out, deposit a bit crypto, play some and request a withdrawal, you will be happy:-)

The high wagering requirements for promotions struck me as odd, all the promotions are real money, we do not off wager bonuses that I am aware of as of now.

And lastly, for restricted countries, just use a VPN, we do not mind. Cool

Well, the casino came in with everything, I really liked the option they have for the first bitcointalk players, I like that slot machine that is like the jungle, I like the concept that they are applying, the truth is I have no idea if they were there before and not they were able to do the things that came out better for them, but I think they got off to a very good start, this means that now they are more eager.

Now what they have to worry about is so that they can attract more people and can attract them with contests, take advantage of social networks, especially Twitter, and why not? maybe they can run a signature campaign with any of the best campaign managers out there.

Thanks for that, keep the suggestions coming, we do all the above daily, and once the signature campaigns are signed off, we will not hesitate to start them, there are some very good posts regarding that within the last 5-10 replies.

this is very worrying, someone who comes to your site and sees a review and will feel confident that the casino does not have any problems because that person will be thinking that you are using the casino, will be thinking that you made a deposit and you had no problem, you played and You didn't have a problem, you made a withdrawal and you didn't have a problem. but when you put a review that is copy/paste of stuff from the internet and it's not even this is speaking from personal experience so i really wonder if this can be called a reliable review, if it really can be considered a review, in my opinion humble opinion you have to use the site, need to see from your own experience if the site pays, how it works, putting things that other people post on the internet is not something to be trusted. at least this is my opinion. good luck with your website
I had the same impression, that it was not a candid review but rather a collection of feedback, I really like the attentive community here

This is why proper allocation or budget in terms of market should really be put up in huge consideration and 1 week try out would really be just typically a wasting of time and money.

Good marketing is also needed aside from having a huge budget. This forum is just a small part of the internet and only few people will found out their website if they begin their promotion here. They should promote it first on a platform where they could reach a lot of users like facebook or twitter. Once their website gain enough attraction and they have enough funds, conducting a signature campaign here for some weeks could help to attract some high-roller on their platform.

A casino needs to make multiple-thousand-dollar investments in a signature campaign before they can expect to generate even a few thousand views in the first week. And even then, there's no guarantee that this will result in any players besides those already playing at that casino.

So, here's my suggestion for Signature Campaigns. Stick with it for 1-2 months. It is a slow burn, but surely in those 1-2 months you will see an increase in engagement and traffic. At that point, you can decide if it's worth continuing or not. In the end, building a brand takes time.

1-2 months is considerable but depending on how many participants you would really decide to join up.If its on somewhat a huge scale then it would be good but having less 10 people inside the campaign then spreading

up exposure wont really be that much effective compared into those who do have 20+ people or more on a signature campaign and as been said that it wont really be guaranteeing success or positive
results.
Marketing is a standard thing for any buinsess out there and having none would really be just not good for any business out there.
Lacks of exposure and awareness of existence of your site will result into failure.

You can read the review of Chipstars here: https://100bookies.com/chipstars-review/

like most casino review sites the owners of casino review sites don't even play at the casinos they review, i would like you to explain in this thread if you used this casino, how long have you been using this casino, how many deposits and withdrawals you have already made and when you made withdrawals how long did it take you to receive your money? I read on your review site that this casino at the time of withdrawal has constraints regarding their strict KYC, so I ask you to say in this thread how long it took you to pass KYC and what documents they required you for KYC. The answers to these questions of mine can help other people who want to create an account at this casino, besides that, in my opinion, it is a good review. hope OP doesn't mind @sportbettor replying here because it's a subject that talks about Chipstars
Sorry, but we really haven't had a chance to explore this casino in depth yet, unlike some other brands. At the moment, to compile this review, we primarily used information from open Internet data, including player reviews, so these are not fictional facts. Later, perhaps, we will add conclusions based on our experience of using this site to the review. In any case, our direct experience alone will not be able to guarantee accurate conclusions about this brand, so it would be better for as many players as possible to also share their reviews here about Chipstars.

Casinos aren't going to launch a campaign and get miracle traffic in 1 week period. They are gonna need to settle in for the long haul and build a brand name.

So basically, do not contact me for a 1 week trial. I would not be interested.

Right. There are a couple of campaigns already running for over a year and still going on. Meanwhile, many new casinos arrived and tried a few weeks of campaigns. Bitcointalk is not an ad network website, so don't expect too much traffic from Bitcointalk. Bitcointalk is a forum with early Bitcoin adopters and some millionaire Bitcoiner. One whale is better than thousand non-depositor users. It would be best if you used Bitcointalk to build your reputation first and let the community know about your appearance. You will surely get traffic once you launch some promotions which will attract users.

I am not sure who decides on whether to start a new ANN thread, we would likely prefer to keep this one. I would like to think a duplicate might be perceived as worse than an update, but I cannot speak for the audience here, thus, I would appreciate feedback on this matter.
Creating more than one announcement thread for the same service is against forum rules as it may be seen as spam. Please check this pinned topic:
One thread per site ONLY
Sure, you can lock this thread, move it to the Archival board and start a new one but I wouldn't recommend doing this. Better update this topic after purchasing the copper membership. Take a look at other announcement threads on this board to get an idea how it should be done.

The OP can give post snapshots of their website at their first post.
They can always edit it anytime they have updates and developments.
If they will open a new thread, yes, better lock this thread.
But much better if they can just continue this thread as there are some valuable inputs and opinions from the users,
as well as answers from the chipstars team that people can go back and read again.

Signature campaign is not really the way to go unless a casino has a decent bankroll. Most casinos waste their money and go with the let's try a 1 week campaign and see what happens. Total waste of money. Casinos aren't going to launch a campaign and get miracle traffic in 1 week period. They are gonna need to settle in for the long haul and build a brand name.

This is true!

Basing up on experience and been aware for those 1-week period type of campaign which is pertaining on gambling site platforms then its never been that  known whether that 1 week campaign does signify failure or not because just like you said and being a long time and reputable manager you do really know on what are the casual timeframe or weekspan for a certain company would
able to get some sign ups from their signature link sources.

This is why proper allocation or budget in terms of market should really be put up in huge consideration and 1 week try out would really be just typically a wasting of time and money.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
OP, welcome back to the forum. We haven't seen you in a while.  Cheesy

To start with, congratulations on launching your online casino. As some already suggested, it would be a good idea to take a Copper membership, create a more attractive ANN thread, and present your website more effectively. Check out some of the topics of other casinos. Also, maintaining active participation in the forum and answering members' questions will be of great benefit to the site. Don't forget to post information on games, deposit bonuses, and other promotions on the website and of course, let people know when you have some good news. This will boost user interest and help the casino live up to its potential. Don't forget to check your competition, check out what they have to offer, and compare them to yours. You may even want to consider some promotional campaigns on the forum to encourage new members to join you. Good luck!
I thought you already saw the op before but why you are congratulating him again? Op is not new here and some people in the first page already suggested him to buy a copper membership before but the op didn't follow it.

As you have already noticed, OP has been inactive and this topic hasn't been updated since last December. The thread was bumped again only a few days ago. That's why I welcomed him back to the forum. Also, I know that nakamura12 has already suggested buying a copper account, that's why I said "As someone already suggested...", and that was also only a few days ago, so there's no reason to doubt that Chipstars won't follow suit.

It's a timely bump because OP login today, I don't think it's intentional on the part of nakamura12 as he knows the rule here, but anyway, if OP wants to come back then why not, there are no bad reports on this casino, so far, and this casino is already existing for two years, they will have to market the casino here again like closing this one and do the right thing.
Indeed, we would have started to post here no later than next week.
I have to correct you on the life time, we had a soft launch less than a year ago.
We will get the bronze membership and update the first post with a banner. I am not sure who decides on whether to start a new ANN thread, we would likely prefer to keep this one. I would like to think a duplicate might be perceived as worse than an update, but I cannot speak for the audience here, thus, I would appreciate feedback on this matter.

One thing I noticed is that people always get attracted with designs and branding, the op should try get copa member account to fully showcase their casino site and I guess this would also seek attention from people view the thread, then l can see the op is not regularly updating and posting here this might be the cause at @Yahoo62278.
We are in full agreement, the banner design is already a work in project and we will get the copper membership as soon as possible.
As of yesterday, every PM and post question will be replied to in a timely manner, we aim for same day responses, However, 1-3 business days will probably be the true average, depending on the volume.

Yes he did log in but he didn't make any posts. I think it's more appropriate if the op bumped it first, but im wondering if how did @nakamura12 knows that the op is online? I mean this thread was buried deep. Maybe he has a hobby of checking the op of inactive threads and maybe he also send them a message to notify them that their thread has been bumped.

It's not against the rule when an ANN thread became active again but I think it is if they will create a new one when they already have an existing ANN thread. If they want to market it then why not hire a manager and run a signature or bounty campaign? They can also join the auction for the forum ads.
The login was after a notification of the new message had propagated.
Rest assured the marketing manager will be onboarded very soon, we have some marketing conversations scheduled already.

@Chipstars...Good thing that you're back..Hope that this time around you would really be mainly be focusing into the platform or business that you had built up.
Good luck!
Thank you very much for still having welcoming words for us. This time around we are here to stay and engage in high frequency. We have declared this forum the most important venue of all crypto channels and audiences, we will let our actions speak.

Alright so after an initial look at the hybrid casino "chipstars", I can say that the User Experience Design is not too shabby. I am even a bit impressed if this is not some copy paste website which was only slightly modified to make it look somewhat original. From what I can tell, thats not the case here. Furthermore the website does not try to hide anything of importance like legal texts or KYC requirement issues.

What I am having troubles with is the fact that Chipstars claims to be a community-based casino but when I look on your Twitter, I see almost 2k followers but almost no engagements with your social media posts. This leads me to believe the followers are just there for padding the account and making it look like you have a bigger community than you really do. If that is the case then it feels disingenuous to me.
Thank you a lot for the feedback on the UI and design.
We do have everything in-house, designer, front end devs, back end devs and even own back offices, as we prefer flexibility and fast time to launch deployments rather than turn key solutions.
Yes, the legal texts are important for trust and mandated by the regulatory bodies, ours is by far the most flexible available. We are aiming to be the online casino with the least KYC friction and obstacles, we never request anything unless we absolutely need it.

I would like to explain the reasons for the delays, as it is a frequently mentioned question in this thread and the community deserves a clear statement and outlook for the path from here on.

The community based part and the token part have been delayed due to development work in the past, we have now a mature platform. We went for a soft launch with a minimum amount of marketing, due to not being feature saturated in the past, this has changed now. The social media channels are part of the marketing, so this was affected from this too.
All this will change very soon as we are increasing the marketing spend. And once we generate enough traffic to justify the community-based label, this will be implemented too.

You're right. Nordiscasino/betolino/chipstars are owned by the same crooks. https://i.ibb.co/mSWkqQ0/4-A9-FB8-C6-6-C7-D-4838-872-A-9489-AEE9-B670.jpg
Needless to say, I never saw my money again.

I am afraid we have to object on this. We are not in any way affiliated with Nordiscasino/Betolino, we simply happen to use the same corporate service provider, there are not many in Curacao with the ability to do this efficiently, thus, you might run into the same names frequently.

It's quite unprofessional to create an ann thread and then post and disappear since December and only reappear in September without giving any satisfaction, honestly for a casino this is something very strange and doesn't inspire confidence, I wonder how you intend to have customers when you act thus? anyway I hope that from now on you will be active here in the forum and in other social networks

Thank you for the feedback, we understand your frustration and disappointment.
We agree that the communication here should have been managed better, as we have addressed further above, this has now changed with immediate effect and a person very high up in the command chain is in charge of engaging with the community, nobody and no query will be left out and everything will be addressed in a timely manner. The same goes for the social media channels.
We intend to make up for it and apologise.

This account is the active company representative and will be receptive, do not hesitate to send PM's either.

Ahhh. At least OP responded here. The thread was created in December 2021, and there was no other post except the ANN. On the ANN, OP promised to come back next week with some surprise, but unfortunately, it didn't happen.

For those who didn't notice, They are back again. To celebrate their comeback, They offer 20 free spins on Primal Hunt Slots by Betsoft for the first 20 registered players. Cheers!
Indeed, we are back and will take good care of the community here. There will be no more communication silence.

Have a great weekend and hopefully good luck if you decide to have a sign up event with us Cool

To be honest enough, no one really has so much time to read your whole essay about your site. It’s just plain text and it really hurts my eyes.
Before creating an announcement thread here, it would have been better if you could have visited other gambling site’s announcement thread, and atleast see there’s way of introducing.
It would be better and look more professional, if you just highlight the important features of the site with images and theme colours of your site.
Nevertheless I will give a detailed review about the site soon, once I check the site. This is just a small suggestion. Hope you will consider it positively.
Thank you for your constructive feedback, we consider it very valuable.

We have started the designs for the banners and the OP ANN thread and even have one promo up and running already.

We thought we need to inform the community immediately on the updates and on our decision the declare this forum the most important venue to engage with the community. We will fix the ANN thread to make it much more pleasant on the eyes within a week, give or take.

And thank you very much for trying the platform and gracing the community with a review. Good luck and have fun!

I just read one of the thread created on casino.guru regarding your casino. how is it that you were able to verify the account of the complainant and allow that user to deposit and place a bet knowing that the gambler was from a restricted country and then lock and confiscated the winnings and deposit saying that the user broke your ToS despite you successfully verified the account?
Thank you for posting this, we do not shy away from such discussion, please keep in mind that the disclosure of internal customer data is very limited due to data protection and regulatory conditions.

We cannot disclose much more than is disclosed on the linked thread, however, we can summarise the following:

There are various levels of verifications, the initial ones are based on simplified due diligence, the other levels are more rigid with different and more data being reviewed. On the basic verifications, some tasks are automated and/or outsourced, the more stringent ones are done in-house.

Upon enhanced KYC, it became evident that the data we have been provided with was a breach of multiple TC's.

The deposits have not been confiscated, the player has received all the deposits back plus was allowed to keep a small surplus.

We hope this is satisfactory enough, as this is as far as we can share information, as evident by the affiliate representatives which have requested to take the explanations to a discrete channel.

The promotions are very limited and definitely, the first 20 registrants will be filled quickly
They also have a bonus for the first deposit in the form of FS and without a wager requirement this is quite interesting and very rare casino give a bonus without a wager requirement

Op made ANN about 9 months ago and after that didn't do any updates because he said he was more focused on developing the casino, Op should have started to improve parts of his announcement to make it more interesting and professional like you said.

[/quote]

Thank you for the brief review, we would like to add the following:

There are more "promotions" integrated via the customer journey automation, we confirm that our Free Spins are all real money with no conditions, they always generate winning rounds. There will be a new high roller deposit bonus launched this coming week, where we will credit 10% of the deposits for every deposit higher than 500 Eur/USD as real money free spins, which themselves generate wins.
Further features already live are a 10% (up to 20%) cash back in real money without any conditions every Monday for the net losses over 100 Eur/USD from the previous week. No need to be VIP for this, anyone who loses more than 100 Eur/USD and opts in for promos will receive this.
Additionally, a rakeback is available for anyone, this is based on turnover rather than wins/losses , also without conditions and real money, available for everyone who opted in for promos.

We agree that the ANN OP was premature and we would like to ask everyone -independently if need be - for our sincere apologies and for the remarkably warm and positive welcome back words, a true sign of loyalty.

This account is now professionally managed as of yesterday and we will make it right this time around

-   I am a troubled person but when I read what you said, you made me laugh Sir hehe. I read OP's reply to the casino questions he posted. OP's answer is too long. And I also looked at the chips star casino website, when I looked he was okay so I'm not sure if many crypto gamblers are using this chipstar.

It's almost the same as other crypto gambling sites. But I don't seem to be comfortable using it unlike other goat platforms such as stakes, owl, Rollbit, and others that I feel quite comfortable with.

Thank you for the insights.

Since the answers have been overdue for a while, we decided to address the questions extensively and put them into one reply rather than bumping too many times and appearing spammy, we are trying to find a balance regarding the communities preferences.

Thank you for having a look on the website, we regret that you have decided to not use it yet, we would like to change that view.
Regarding our traffic, the vast majority of traffic is coming from Crypto players, we have only recently implemented a handful of FIAT deposit instruments, they do not have the traction that crypto has yet.

Please let us know what could incentivise you to sign and start playing, what would you like to see improved or changed?

I'm afraid that there is serious care for the OP and maybe just like other Fly by night casino that promoted here and then the OP is gone or missing .
Agreed on the criticism, we hope our clarifications from the past 2 days provide a bit of solace.

The OP person at that time is not employed by the company any more and was a true rep, we can confirm that. The marketing team underwent structural changes, focuses and has an increased staffing now.

We are still the same casino, much more feature rich and mature now, rest assured this is not a fly by night project, everything is developed in house from the front end, customer service, back offices, marketing and design, the fly by night operators generally use forks and turnkey ready solutions.

OP, thank you for responding to my PM to come back to this thread! You have really honored your promise to answer all the questions that were asked on here... and it was very detailed too.  Wink

I know you guys are pretty busy, but it will be nice if you can pop in to see if anyone has asked any new questions. Good luck with all the new things that you are launching ..... and also with adding Monero.  Cool
Was a pleasure, we would like to explicitly state that every PM will be replied to from now onwards. Please bear in mind that the PM functionality has velocity restrictions, this will be sorted soon by upgrading the account.

Busyness shall not be an excuse for late replies, we will check daily, even weekends like now and respond within same day to give or take 3 day intervals.

We will be using the same reply format like now (quoting several questions), depending on traffic and volume, rather than a reply per question and permanent monitoring, I hope this frequency will be covering and satisfying everyone's needs.

Maybe Op only wants to express more of his ideas and site promotion by answering queries that way. It's still a good thing that he's responsive and answering all the questions in a detailed manner. There are really sites that we aren't comfortable with even just first glance. That's the reason why we're always given the freedom to choose sites that we want because our interest in the casinos that we use matters.
Yes, exactly, as there have been many pending questions, so we decided to not be cheap on words and post extensive explanations, updates and apologies.

We would like to inform the community that this will be a permanent discussion level and frequency, this will not be delegated to anyone else, it is monitored by heavyweight decision makers.

It was only cheap and casino owners can just treat it as a donation or a way to say thank you for allowing them to advertise their brands here. Not only that, but it can also make their ann thread more appealing. About being active, op is back and currently have done 2 posts but we will further observe if the op will sustain it but they better will because it brings a certain benefit like people here can feel closer to them.

Thank you for accepting us back.

We will absolutely do all the above, it is already in the making, please keep in mind that the return yesterday and today has been kind of an intervention project, as soon there was a notification about a new reply. By the time we reviewed the thread, the replies were growing fast, so we decided to stay late into the night and give the community the overdue answers. This all was outside of business hours, and updating contracts and spending need double signature permissions, so we have to ask for patience until Monday for this.

We will assign all available assets to groom and develop the relationship with this community, so far we have 2 3 posts since yesterday and every single query and PM replied to, this will be the standard going forwards.

I would like to clarify once more that the original OP with the account credentials is not part of the company and that we are addressing the community from management level directly from this account.

Have a nice weekend all and speak soon.
