What country do you send from if I may ask?

We cannot say. We are shipping in the same boxes. As we stated before - we think the problem was not in the packaging, because our competitors have different packages.

Probably the problem was in the country-sender. Maybe to many cigaretes were sent to NL and no one buys localy and not paying the tax.

And now maybe they cooled down a bit.

We can only guess. I know that we shipped couple of cartons to NL today.

So if I make an order now, I will receive it?
Did you guys improve stealth or did the Dutch customs just fell down in quality?

You made an order last year. And only now we had 2 cartons delivered.

Because I´ve heard the things you´ve done to my friend. I feel bad for him and want to warn the other customers about the other clearnet markets
but, why did you refund me if the other packages are coming through Dutch customs perfectly fine?

But you cannot say it about us, because we never send you anything. We honestly told you that we have a problem with NL and offer a refund instead of just making money on you.
We know that you lost 140$ and unhappy with our competitors, but please dont take it on us.

Because I´ve received a letter from the Dutch customs stating that they don´t know who sent it!

- they cant refund if the customs catch the package
- their stealth isnt great.

How do you know they don't have refund address if you haven't got your packet?
I have ordered few times successfully and I can tell you that there has always been returning address on my packets.

And I see you said something about Dutyfree.io there too but how does that have anything to do with CigsSpot.com?
I do know from my past experience that Dutyfree.io has very poor service and they probably don't even actually send all their packets but that doesn't have anything to do with this site. CigsSpot.com even has free tracked shipping and doesn't even have option to send without tracking while Dutyfree.io has very high price for tracking, that is very strong sign of that CigsSpot.com has no intent trying to scam anyone.

Can you please say how this is about our service. We didnt shipped you anything, we have made you a fair refund. If you have problems with oher website - please take it there.

Gl dude, we´ve gone through the same shit, I know how it feels. Got fucked over few weeks ago.
I have learned from this. I ordered 4 cartons from Dutyfree.io, got caught by customs. The faggots say shit like ´We´ll refund if it gets sent back.´
They don´t even have a refund address on it. Duh, it won´t get sent back.
Probably all clearnet markets are complete shit. I even offered Dutyfree to teach them how to properly make a package invincible for the customs, they haven´t responded eversince.

Nope. Didn't make it.

Got customs letter. From where I am, (don't ask) they treat this kinda case seriously and I may be charged... I don't know. Previous case there was a guy from my country, received the same customs  letter as me, but  they trick him to claiming his cigarette package first and Immediately got nabbed, interrogated him and paid a heavy fine, 1 week jail). . He ordered more than me so I don't know the severity of my case like  is it safe to ignore the letter, I really don't know what to expect.


 
His stealth is obviously poor as it was just 10 packs. All I can advice is, don't go for clearnet ones. This is what I get for paying a cheaper price. Darknet ones are slightly a little more ex by 7-8 dollars more but they bother to stealth with care as I believe the market that escrows money motivate them to deliver your package properly.

I assumed it was Poor execution: he Wrote it as gift and no value, and No return address at all. Just The country of origin.  Duh, definitely gonna raise some flags that prompt them to check my package. . They will send the package back to Senders country in 2 weeks, as stated in my letter, so doesn't matter if it gets returned or not, you should stick to your principles, stay to standards, don't choose your victims to sympathise (eg Dutch can refund, I can't?)

There are 5.399 million people living there and somehow we compromise your identity. We just warn other customers from Singapore about customs and told everyone else that our packaging is stealth to pass Europe, America and Australia customs.
