The FAQ page was updated today and I am aware that my parcel got seized but I had ordered it almost 10 days back when it didnt mention anything about getting seized or not able to send to Netherlands. Suddenly FAQ page is updated
It wasnt updated suddenly. We had problems with Netherland customs for a month now, so we tried everyhing in our power to deliver the packages.
When we understood that it is not in our power and we no longer cannot afford to reship all packages - we made changes in the FAQ section.
We are not saying we aren't able to send to Netherlands. Couple of packages got through the customs today. If you need proof of that - we can email your the tracking ID that got through.
I had the same problem.
I ordered
2 months ago and just 1 karton was delivered. After the mail of the FAQ change where it stated items will not be reshipped I wrote to Henry.
Then Henry offered me a
50 dollar refund on a
200 dollar order. Strange thing was it had to wait to next week because of cash flow problem.
Offcourrse I did not agree with this request.
Just now I heared 2 kartons were destroyed which cost me 60 dollar, I have decided to cancel the full order, or what is left of it, since clearly their company is flagged somehow.
Hope they can honor their terms without too much hassle.
That is why we changed our Terms, because we werent able to reship parcels to Netherlands anymore.
The company cannot be flagged because:
- the packages do came through
- there is no saying "Delivery from CigsSpot" on the box.
We changed our terms in order not to raise the prices, because everybody love small prices. Also as i told you email - a month ago we offered you a refund, you said no.
Now we offered you 25% refund only because you are one of our first and bulk buyers, and it is an exception (you can see it by reading new terms).
We cant pay you in full - it is against our rules, because:
- we never refunded the payment (even before we changed FAQ)
- we already reshiped your order 3 times! and after 1 time we offered a refund.
Also we agreed with your proposal - you will send the money for shipment, and we will reship you the cartons that got left. But then you said no.
When you write something, dont bring out some phrases - let it all out. We will not refund you as it will bring a precedent.
And dont forget that we also lost money while we were reshipping the parcels to Netherlands 2-3 times.
This situation with Netherland customs will cool down in a month and we offered you a HUGE disscouny in order to get your money back.
