I still dont get it, if it is 100% guaranteed then it should mean that you allready have funds to pay back then why do you need this loan?
There is a small chance that BTC will grow to a very high rate, that you wont be even able to buy it using your funds...
And you still is just a man, anything can happen...
A think that such terms are misleading, you may have a good reputation, but that doesn't mean 100%. Actually pirate also says that our funds are 100% secure and so on.

I will also say something positive about ciuciu - he's been a good customer at Starfish BCB for several months and has a decent block of assets.
