i want to upgrad to 14.4. And it's said 13.12 should have the best performence, so what's the difference, somebody has some idea?

Was soloing for 48 hr, found 2 blocks. First block within 3 hr, then another about 14hr in.
Just changed to ypool and within 3 min found a block. "Lucky" me. Gonna let it run for a couple days there and see how much I can rack up.
4x 280x at about 22CPD. Not overclocking or anything, using v10.1.

I have a R9 280x, 270x and 270 in one rig. Do you think it is worth it to solo mine.
Right now from mining on Ypool my max diff is at 10.992598 and the 10ch is 20 with 47 hours of mining.
Ypool says I only found 1 block in this time period. And I have a total of 9 coins with them.

It's difficult to say because finding blocks depends on luck. There are days when you find a lot of blocks and several days when you find nothing.
For solomining it is absolutely necessary to have a good connection to as many nodes as you can get with your wallet. otherwise your blocks may be orphaned easily.
Probability of finding a given number of blocks in a day is expressed by Poisson distribution.

seems to me that XPM stabilized the diff at 10.964
that's what i thought when my rigs suddenly started hitting blocks... i knew it was too early to celebrate... 
but at least i hope this small window will allow many miners realize how fair income sharing becomes when mining is truly decentralized...

Why so many orphaned blocks on ypool?

i hit 4 blocks today in a span of 17hrs... anyone noticed that? i'm guessing this must have been due to ypool going offline or being unavailable due to ddos...
Come on, it's pure luck. Your miner is searching for chains of prime numbers. The only way for ypool to affect your miner is through difficulty. Which dipped today but not by much.
