today my miner stopped and i restart and my one RX 470 card burned, i dont know how
One of my 470 also burned a couple of hours ago, on version 12.4.

I also had to reduce intensity on some old 280X - I just went back to 12.3 where things seems more stable.

You really think its burned ? Did you tried card on other PC ? , other mobo ? single card on other PC ?

I have trouble with my r9 in version 12.4. You better fix it.

What a RUDE and just childish thing to do/say. If you can't act and respect others better than this, I would suggest finding a different mining software and forum.

Second off, "I have trouble with my R9's" give us ZERO information as to what your issues are. Instead of acting like a spoiled brat give more information so that others here can give suggestions.

Third , if it was a widespread issue then there would be a lot of talk here on the forums about it and possible solutions. So guess what, odds are at 99% that it's just you, your rig, your settings.

Believe it was poor English, rather than rude intent.

hey guys do 8gb 470/480 have abenefit vs 4gb versions?

I'd say so as ZCash is memory intensive ... price difference seems to only be about $50 AUD too ... but yeah does anyone have hash rates and wattages for the two 480 versions (4GB / 8GB) and maybe a 3gb 280x for comparisons sake?

Also what's the difference between the 470 and 480? Brand new ones on Ebay Aus seem to carry the same price tag

v12.4:

- slightly improved speed for some cards (1-2%).
- added "-gmap" option.
- a few minor changes/improvements.

dual pool dont work
only one pool work fine

Hey guys!  Smiley Which driver for Rx 470 & RX 480???
My H/S Right now: RX 470> 270 H/S   RX 480> 280 H/S.
is it ok?

When my Sapphire RX 480s were running ZEC I was getting 330H/s each using 16.12.1 drivers with some heavy OC. Claymore recommends 16.12.2 in the readme file.

Is that R9 nano? You should use 16.3.2 driver. Or reduce the frequency or intensity.

Running v12.4 ZEC on Win7x64 with 4 AMD cards -  none show up with a GPU temp. The miner is hashing correctly, just not showing temp in Miner or Miner Manager. I have 15.2 downloaded, however the current version is 17.10

Do you think the issue is with the newer drivers?

I have the same driver on ETH v12.4 and the temp reports correctly, though it is running on Win10x64

Any ideas?

What I 've seen is that when you don't have a card connected to a monitor, the miner works although you cannot use all the AMD features (like MSI Afterburner).. Probably if you try to open AMD Radeon settings you'll see that cannot be opened due to there's any monitor connected.

W10 64b ¦ AMD 17.3.1 (happened the same with previous versions..)

Anybody tried the Biostar TB250 mobo?

I was thinking of trying it out but thought maybe you guys already had and have any advise

Thanks...

Yes I have one running a Celeron 1150. So far no problems

I've not been able to actually find these (TB250) for sale anywhere. Where do you buy them?
