Nvidia people are beating us.
Almost 500 H/s with their overpriced 1070 and almost 600 H/s with the even more overpriced 1080.

I get 550 on 1060 3gb with 40 watt in the wall..

XMR I presume, no bloody way that's ZEC hashrate on a 1060.

Even if it is XMR, it is still fast.

I am still impress with how PoW algorithm is still making its presence felt . So much has adopted the less resource PoS algortihm but mining has still the premium value all investors are craving for.

When someone comes up with a PoS stake coin that offers a return in the ballpark of PoW mining, then folks might get interested.

So far, every PoS coin I've seen offered WORSE returns than some high-dividend STOCKS do and a few of them offer worse returns than some BANK ACCOUNTS offer - with no risk of major devaluation of the underlying "currency" more than wiping out the "return" often by a 10:1 ratio or worse.

Is there such a thing as a PoS coin that offers more than 2.5% return PER YEAR?

Yes, XEM (NEM) ~5% per year from supernode.

Dear Sir,
I have a strange issue(I don't know if its issue at all)
This is displayed when I start miner.
Quote
AMD Cards available: 1
GPU #0: Hawaii, 3072 MB available, 40 compute units
GPU #0 recognized as Radeon 290

But clinfo recognizes it correct:
Quote
Number of devices:                               1
  Device Type:                                   CL_DEVICE_TYPE_GPU
  Vendor ID:                                     1002h
Board name:                                    AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series
  Device Topology:                               PCI[ B#2, D#0, F#0 ]

And also the memory of the GPU is 8GB, not 3GB as zecminer says...
Should I be worried?

The GPU itself that was used in both the R290 and R390 was identical, so software will often ID both cards the same based on what the GPU responds as.
The only differences between the R290 and the R390 were (1) slightly faster ram in most or all cases on an R390 (2) BIOS updates.

Appx.  3GB "available" might be because you don't have the "set max memory use" settings in your startup file.

Can anybody tell me how much will have RX480 with 4GB? is it big difference in H/s between RX480 8GB and RX480 4Gb?

The cards with 8000 (effective) Mhz memory speed will be somewhat faster than the ones with 7000 or 6600 - most 8GB cards are 8000 most or all 4GB are 6600 or 7000.

From my reading, it appears to be ballpark a 10-15% difference in hashrate, ALL other factors being equal, but I don't have any RX 480 cards myself (just 4GB 470s).

Does anyone know why this is happening "display driver stopped responding and has recovered"  Huh Huh Huh

you graphic drivers crashed, so you need to see if you haven't overclocked too much, or made the mining too intense with settings.
