There were 15 transactions send to the Ponzi address after my TX and I only received something from 3 of them. The FAQ states:

Does this mean that my 1.2x is garuanteed as long as people send something to the address, or that I get something everytime someone sends something to the address.
Because, if it is the first option, I got to much. 0.001*1.2 = 0.0012, but I got 0.0012+0.0012+0.0011 = 0.0035.

No, they didn't. The statistics show the total output, not the amount that they get. They said that they would fix it.
