Techie question... does anyone know how I can get all the coins in my wallet to stake all the time?

Most of my coins are spendable for some reason... (my wallet obviously doesn't seem to understand that I'm holding.  Smiley )

Settings/Options/Main - set the reserve to 0
Works for me anyways Smiley

Just checked, the reserve is set to 0.

If coins are showing as spendable does that mean they are not staking? (Obvious question, but I have a whole heap of coins that are spendable at present).

That is correct

Thanks  - I'll try setting up a wallet on another computer.

This looks interesting to me. And got my attention too.

Dev also looks talkative, so that's good start for any suggestions, ideas.. etc.

@Bosman Thank you for detailed explanation.

You know what, lets have some fun with Twitter.

When we get listed, I will randomly award 5 Retweeters (including those who have alright Retweeted) with 1 share worth of GPC! The current value of 1 shares is worth a total of 7716 GPC at the time of this post.

(I will be adding this giveaway to the distribution list. It will take a couple of coins away from each shareholder but I think its WELL worth it in order to get listed Smiley )

LETS GO!

Hello bosman, do you select the winners already?

@Altcoinity

@SwartJS

@damashup

@AdiPurush

@Rivdhi

Congrats folks! You have 48 hours to PM me your GPC addresses on twitter. Roberto earns a 2500 GPC award for reminding me Smiley

Final share value is 6978

Great - thanks Bosman... I'll PM you on twitter however please donate my share to the starter fund. I think it's a great idea and I hope others support.

Decentralized development has begun. To pitch your ideas (you can totally do them here, however the official vote tally takes place on reddit) head here: http://www.reddit.com/r/altcoin/comments/2ct7en/groupcoin_gpc_decentralized_development/

Since I seemed to have forgotten my reddit password, I'll just make comments here for folks.

One thing to keep in mind is both the price of new features and timeframe. This was sort of discussed in the Apex coin thread when they were doing their poll -- and before they sort of fell apart with broken TOR and did the fake takeover, price manipulation stuff.

It's not always a great idea to put up the best and fanciest idea in a poll, as people will naturally gravitate to it -- unless costs and timeframe are also mentioned. Decentralized marketplace! Great! It'll take all the funds and won't be ready until 4-6 months from now. Not so great. I'm sure you see what I mean... sometimes quicker, cheaper projects are a better idea than fancier ones.

Why use reddit instead of simply here for project suggestions? I never use reddit, for starters... not sure if everyone here does.

It is a very organized and democratized way of managing the direction of the coin. BCT will still be VERY active. I simply want to utilize a great tool that's already available.

So long as discussions on new features take place here, I suppose it'd be fine. Just that it may be weird to have people talking and voting about what to add to the coin in one place... while people may be saying different things here.

Quick Recap for current/potential investors first entering this thread

GPC has a great community, feel free to skim through the pages and see for yourself!  Grin

The developer (Bosman) has been in this thread every single day since launch reassuring people, he also has spent a considerable amount of time on chatboxes giving out free GPC

Bosman has also posted his working schedule - 6:30AM - 3:00PM EST he assured us he would be here, and he has been here every single time.

Early adopters, new investors have gone through quite a few waves the past few days, but we are still here holding, congrats we hold a coin worth its weight in gold!

The Whitepaper for Groupcoin has eta 10/08/14 - only 4 days away!

The one thing the developer is very prominent on is suggestions from the community, he welcomes them, so SPAM! - give your ideas or whatever it may be and they will be looked over!

This coin is not your coin, or my coin, or the developers coin - it is OUR coin

I am here to help as much as I can! If you have any questions just send me a personal message here - I am here literally 24 hours a day so I will reply !

All I can say is, the dev is very active with the community despite his work hours. I was on C-Cex most of my day yesterday and Bosman was there answering questions and providing small updates throughout. Seems like a very friendly guy. This isn't another 3 day PoW pump and dump and gone coin. Give the dev time to develop features into this coin and see where it goes from there Smiley I am fairly confident the direction will be up Smiley

I guess the people dumping are the ones that had free distribution? I'm surprised of how little patience people have...

I would think so. It's actually less than I expected. All free coins have a certain amount of dumpers. Probably a lot of them dumped during yesterday's lows... it may go on for a while still though. Basically we need turnover from the freebie people to those who pay for it on an exchange.
