What software are you using? Have you tried any others?
I keep getting a lot of "Work queue empty, miner is idle" messages. Any way around this?

I am thinking about adding a 0.5 BTC bonus to the finder of each block, what do people think about that ?
I think that would be a great idea, would maybe bring a new users to the pool

We are discussing a method for combatting this.We are currently monitoring all users hashrates over a certain period. It's possible we could use this as an indication of how much to pay each user.
A working + proven scoring method has been published. Use it!
Wasn't me either, but 0.47 BTC for a little over one day of mining with 250 Mhash/s isn't too shabby. I only had .7% stale shares too , I'm already up to 9.5% in the namecoin pool with one miner at 75 Mhash/s
