I mean out of all i wrote, you took out that sentence, became a bit defensive about it and didnt even inquire about my comments on thomas's attitude.
there is a huge gap between your style, thomas and bobsag whatever's style and overall commitments.
i am assuming they are both getting their share and payment on this so they are being paid for what they do. so thomas's style and replies are not justifiable at all. he cant keep this bitchiness (excuse my language) in every single reply. i kept trying to be nice just to see if he would be like this and yes he was the same.
would you agree with me when i say
- if you are at thomas's position you need to answer questions
-you need to answer them clearly
- you need to answer them politely
- if you dont want to get too many questions then do your job and put a f.ing announcement to the site
- when the whole website is moving at least tell people what is going on, send them a mail or something.
- i dont think 1000s of people would like to see out of the blue one day that the site changed faces and logins dontwork anymore
- all in all, if this is thomas's job, then he should just shut up and do it and not act like a b.tch with sand in her v.gina
sorry my intention is not to offend anyone but sometimes it is hard to keep your calm
i hope you take these as feedback and this doesnt end up like one of those never ending forum fights (if so i wont be replying for sure)
I'm in the same boat as DZ, I've put a lot of money into the coop and seen nothing out of it, As for my attitude I'm not sure exactly what your referencing. There are are a few posts where I answer short and to the point and I was told that they came off as rude and have tried to change that but when a person asks a simple yes no question there is little reason to give a paragraph answer (also when I'm on my phone I can't type a paragraph, but people want responses so I give one).
-My position - To coordinate GB purchases and payouts this entails accepting payment, keeping records of who purchased what and administering payouts when hashing as well as in some cases placing and paying for the order.
-To my knowledge I've answered questions clearly and when there is a miss-communication where someone doesn't understand (and says that they don't understand) I go into more detail to try and have them understand.
-The website we've mentioned when it originally went live that its sole purpose was to accept payments, we then went into saying that we were in the process of changing the site and not to worry as we have a back up. On the new site we do have a link to the archived copy.
The only post that I can possibly see as seeming to be "bitchy" is this one
I'm not sure why people are messaging me with refund requests they must all go to bobsag3 's PM's, emails / support tickets / PM's to me will not be responded to.
As I'm not doing refunds I don't think bobsag3 is reading over the posts for refund requests as his post said to PM him with your order details.
Also 2 weeks ago refunds weren't being issued.
But try to think of it from my perspective, 20 PM's requesting refunds followed by 5+ of why they didn't get their refund, as I'm not handling refunds this is unknown to me, bobsag3 is handling refunds and the requirements of what needed to be done to get the refunds were in a post of his.
Converting to another type of hardware is not really an option.
I will be able to start processing refunds on tuesday, please PM me with your order on the DZ site, number of shares, meathod of payment, how you would like to be repaid, and payment address. I will only be able to process shares by the full machine IE every 50 shares, and the refund may take up to a week and a half (should be same day but we get swamped with other things). Also, unfortunately the refund fee will still be charged.
I hope this is good enough for now, but do know if you refund you will not be aloud to buy back in.
Thanks for your patience.
If you have any specific questions please simply ask them.

@ThugRock
Hi Bobsag3
I am still awaiting confirmation from my refund for 6 shares.
I have PMed all the details and the error that was made. In my haste to request the refund I accidentally added the refund address (12KgU3B7Fyirihzt4xCTSHpV64f9hmEccJ) as one of yours...doh. You can see this error on blockchain.info with the second transaction id you PMed me.
I have sent you my correct payment address (1PBWADoE8gGTGpvreJpeJW5w3hYkgmewtJ), please can you resend it today.
Thank you.
Hello again, sorry to keep on keeping on, but can you please make this refund?
Thanks.
I've managed to find out what happened but like the other part of my answer to uozer I am not handling refunds I'll talk with Matt in the morning to get your refund fixed, but will explain what happened or at least what I can see from the posts / my end.
You requested a refund for your shares be sent to 12KgU3B7Fyirihzt4xCTSHpV64f9hmEccJ (which was not correct) and it was sent. At this moment you believe that this is one of bobsag3's addresses which its not (the reason he's not immediately sending a second transaction) the good news is this address belongs to the COOP site meaning it just went back into a different wallet which he doesn't have access to. From his view point the refund was issued.

For anyone who wants to know why I have barely been around the past 8 or so days can continue reading as its semi personal.
I had plans that fell apart (this weekend was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend), plans fell apart about a week ago which caused me stress. Then I got extreme pain on the left side of my mouth so had to go to the dentist who said I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Then I got a cold and finally today the start of my "relaxation" / "break" was the actual oral surgery (which I'm in a ton of pain right now and probably will be for the rest of the weekend).
Now I know that stress and life problems shouldn't effect others which they shouldn't have as there are multiple people that can and have posted status updates, so this is not an excuse just an explanation of why I personally haven't been very active.
