Thank you Spondoolies-Tech and RoadStress !

I received today the SP10 ordered using this group buy!

Performance is very good but ... man it is LOUD ... very LOUD:)

70dB loud Smiley Enjoy your miner!

If you are spending more than 15 minutes in the room with 3 of these machines, please wear earplugs because I guaranteed your ears will hurt.  You will go deaf.

Thank you for trolling this thread. Keep it bumped!

Look up noise induced hearing loss and see that I am telling the truth.  I have to wear ear plugs to go into my farm (dragons and s2 and cointerra).  Each one is around 40 decibels, but when you have more than 50 of them you will go deaf without ear plugs.

Another question for you is regarding the hosting option.  If I chose that option, I would get one month free.  At the end of that time, what would my options be (purchase of more hosted time, or unit shipment to me, or something else)?

Thank you in advance for any answers you can provide.  I hope you're enjoying your time in Amsterdam at the conference!

At the end of the hosting you can either ship the miner to you at your cost or you can purchase more hosted time.

RoadStress, thanks for putting together this group buy!  I'm very close to pulling the trigger on purchasing one - mostly because I keep reading horror stories about the S2 and have heard nothing but positive feedback from SP-10 owners.

To the Spondoolies-Tech folks, I'd like to get a little clarification on the power and hash rates, specific to a residential installation in the US.  I read on your official announcement thread that for 115v you limit the PSU to 1100 watts for safety reasons.  I assume this will translate into a slightly lower-than-advertised hashing rate, correct?

My setup will be that I would plug the SP-10 into a standard US residential 120V wall outlet on a 15a circuit.  Would you be kind enough to give expected hash rates for the different modes of the SP-10 for my situation (i.e. quiet, normal, turbo, etc)?

I'm aware that driving this on a 240V 30A circuit would be more efficient, and the chances are very good that I would be installing such a setup in the future, but for now I'm limited.

It is really hard for me to say anything for sure in 110V environment with the new over-clocking capabilities. We got about 1.35Th in our test 2 months ago, I would guess that is what you will have +-5%. It also really depends on temperature - in 20C you get 10% more then in 40C in 220V, I would say the ratio should be the same for 110V.

Let's see when they arrive the miner  Wink

I paid my taxes today. -471,03 EUR (Estonia)

I was surprised, no power cord, no manual . Only Miner, four rubber pad and bill total 3200 USD.

I found power cord and connects to 220V, then start.spminer.io , I saw miner  IP address , Click an this, after that "admin" "admin"  I saw page  with agreement details - and after that, turn off the UPS.

I did not sign up anymore. IP address do not let the log on, I only got to page start.spminer.io and saw miner working.

Just not for me, only  for  this guy  http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1M72Sfpbz1BPpXFHz9m3CdqATR44Jvaydd

Try a different router, still the same, only the different IP address.

http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/technical-blog  download    spond-recovery-2014-05-13.img, write image at micro cd card, I followed the instructions,

Attention,   you can get  the card back only then, when you open the miner case.

Now  miner works,   FW version is 1.3.6   instead of    1.3.7

Now I need download  FW version  1.3.7 However, the manual download  offers only 1.3.6 and  1.3.8 TEST VERSION

Now I play and overcloking  miner,  the speed of miner is 1.45Ths , FW version 1.3.6
This is story of my SP-10

Hi.
I am glad to see the miner working at 1.45Th.
The versions 1.3.6 is perfectly good for mining. 1.3.8 adds experimental WiFi support.

Hy guys,
Yesterday, I received the email with the confirmation of the shipment and the tracking number DHL,
This morning I was called by DHL informed me that the taxes and duties, for my country (Italy), amounted to € 545.69 for units, which pay on delivery.

Lets wait then.

Please email [email protected], and we will check it ASAP.
Note it's both weekend in Israel and many of us are in Amsterdam 2014 Bitcoin conference (come say us hi if you in there!), so our response time might be a bit higher then usual.

I would expect you to be high in Amsterdam  Grin

At the moment is 22C, but on summertime goes up to 40C.

I wonder what I will do then. Maybe use bigger fans for faster circulation.

I believe that they can work also at +30C, but will have lower efficiency.
