Many leagues and tournaments are not able to bet at the moment, although they were able to bet last week. For example the AFC u23 qualification games (21 games today) and lower football leagues from England and Germany and France. Last weekend all leagues/tournaments were able to bet. What is going on there? The offer is not attractive....

Hello everyone, bad things happened. Cloudbet does not want to give my BTC (0.86). They did not send me a letter confirming the withdrawal of funds, saying that there are technical problems. But after a couple of days of carrying out their brains, they answered me that either a 100% deposit was paid or documents for verification of their identity came. After I sent the documents, they no longer respond to me and naturally LIVE CHAT does not work. How is such a huge company doing so?

Nice! I am happy that at least your case was solved. "Of course" there was no progress with mine, despite the fact I was promised the issue will be escalated nothing happened. I am wondering what fake reason they are going to bring up, because it is impossible not to be able to verify an account since the 8th of February...

is there a problem with grading ?? my last two bets are taking ages to grade
first bet I lost and it was graded like 30 hours after the match ended , 2nd bet I won but it's still pending and game ended 10 hours ago
want to be sure if this is a general problem with all the markets or just for certain markets

@Ronnie. Does Cloudbet always collect documents for any withdrawal amount from all users for KYC? I am afraid I made a mistake. I did a small deposit to bet on the Game of Thrones, however, because of the high minstake, I changed my mind and would like to withdraw. Will Cloudbet hold my withdrawal because of this?
They won't ask for KYC since it's a small deposit they only do it on certain users. You might have to place some bets because afaik all deposits now have a x1 rollover cmiiw.

This is the insiders info, that new competition will be connected with football again? 
Previous competitions were football related mostly.
In the russian local board off-topic there was a discussion, which sport is most exciting to watch. Recent pages shows that it is basketball (team scores often, slams/dunks/rebounds)

@TopTort777 - To be honest one of the main reasons I was looking to pick football (sorry, soccer
) was that it's where I have the most knowledge, so it makes it much easier to pick the games and discuss them with players. I tried to branch out a bit with our recent Cloud 9 competition which was pretty popular, so maybe it is about time I added more sports into the running for future competitions - thanks for the feedback! I provided all the documents, even some in different languages. The question is not in the number of documents, but how long will they check my documents? Do you think this is a very difficult process? In my opinion this is illegal holding of other people's funds.

Thanks! But I think they got way enough enquiries from me during the last couple of weeks and I did not get any response. Like in the case of ftp_1988 why don't you go ahead and escalate my case right away?? I am waiting for more than 1 MONTH (!!!!) now for that freaking verification to be completed.

Man if what ftp1998 has said is true it is really shameful for cloudbet. It is the utmost horrible and worst way of sending players away. Do you really think people will continue playing here if you keep acting like that towards them.
Cloudbet is working reaaaally hard to get itself closed, if they continue asking and being like this than eventually everyone with a bit of brain will leave this place and go play somewhere else which will leave cloudbet with money to pay for their employees and their system in place whereas they won't have any customers that come into their websites to play anymore because they scared all of them away with their antique withdrawal system. NOONE for ANY REASON should be going to places (get out of their home) to pick proof that they are who they say they are.
