Waiting 24-48 hours is a very long time to wait for a withdrawal once you request from an established crypto casino like they are. Even when your account is not under any kyc verification or have had any issues previously with processing a withdrawal before. If this is the usual wait time to have your request filled then I would suggest moving your crypto to another casino if this is the case everytime you ask for your funds. Because their are many out there which process theirs almost instantly or within an hour or two.

I understand the fact that you have a lot of transactions coming in and out of your website everyday but still waiting 24-48 hours to receive your withdrawal is kind of a lot when we are talking about bitcoin/altcoin payments. Most people prefer to use cryptocurrencies to gamble/bet especially because of this reason of fast transactions. Waiting a few hours is alright but waiting 24 hours could be crucial for a person that is betting daily since during this time they could miss a few matches because they have to wait for they payment. And for that reason some gamblers would avoid your website,even though you offer good betting options and odds. You should think about a solution to this problem, maybe an automatic system for payments or hiring a few more persons that could deal with this.

I also hope that they ccould change that thing and having a fast withdrawal also makes the casino site less suspected by many people. Since, you know many people are having fun creating accusations in any type of services in crypto.

The sports predictors have been popular, and Cloud 9 was the first time I've mixed up the different sports to put people out of their comfort zone, but we might get more entries if we stick to one sport like soccer where people feel they are more knowledgeable about the teams involved (and more entries usually means I can push for a bigger prize pool)

My main issue when planning competitions is balancing fun with a need to promote our services (it's one of the reasons I'm here after all!). If I can include mechanics that encourage visits to our site or players placing bets then I can usually secure a much larger prize budget, but at the same time adding these kind of requirements usually results in fewer entries. It's a fine balancing act!

I did notice that too on the website - however, keep in mind it could just be that someone forgot to update that text, and that they did actually have a proper license.

Though I wouldn't be surprised otherwise - it is a shady world lol. Also I think online casino games are dangerous.. sports betting is easier to 'debug' if things turn out wrong. Sorry for your loss btw.

First of all i played on cloudbet.com over 100k, and lose each time maybe few times withdraw but no more than 5 bitcoins. Few days ago,like 10 days ago I deposited 0.15 btc in my cloudbet balance and start to play live roullete. I made my bet(0.05 btc) bet was accepted and the dealer spin the ball, in the next seconds my page came black, i refreshed the page and said table inactive, my bet gone like I did not win the numbers I bet, so I DID NOT SEE WHAT NUMBERS GAVE THE SPIN!!!! I move to another table same problem, made my bet ,spin start page came black, i refreshed the page said table inactive my bet lose like roullete give another number and not numbers I bet, again I DID NOT SEE WHAT NUMBERS SPIN THE ROULLETE since the page came black. So i lose 0.1 btc and i did not know what numbers gave the spins at 2 different tables. I contacted support and they told me they will investigate, they investigate like 10 days and came with an answer, they sent me an email like everything was OK , they wrote me some numbers and they told me that they trust their providers. OK but i did not see what numbers gave the roullete , they can tell me what they want, of course they told me the numbers that i did not bet. This is a main problem with them. I had a lot of problems, errors,many erros never ever they refunded me my money lose with no reason.

I can finally happily say that my case can be considered closed. My account was re-opened yesterday and I have successfully withdrew my balance. Thanks Ronnie, for escalating the issue!

Yes it is a normal transaction. In cloudbet, withdrawal takes days to withdraw. But, I hope they will resolve this. I hope that they will lessen their confirmations in order for the funds to be received as early as possible.

Couldbet are processing their withdrawals manually so it could take up to a few days to receive your funds. Waiting 24 hours shouldn't be a big surprise.
With this occasion I would like to ask one of Cloudbet administrator why does their withdrawal take so long? I have seen multiple persons complaining about the time needed to receive their payments even though we are taking about bitcoin wich should be a much faster payment method.

I am cloudbet customer since some days and made a 0,2BTC deposit. Wanted to make first withdrawal now (0,089 BTC). I made email confirmation. But now withdrawal is pending... Up to 24 hours... Is that normal business at cloudbet or why does it take such long time???

Anyone else have the problem of not receiving withdrawal confirmation emails? It's pretty frustrating!
