Before you announce promotions etc. , it would be better if you solve your customers problems first , right ?
There are some problems as i read in the previous pages and a lot of guys disputted their claims there for not received withdrawal, right ?

You tell me, because we make the verification manually, it can take longer time. Sorry but when most of the bookies like bet365, pinnacle can do it in few hours, how on the earth you can do it for 5 days till now ?

I am sorry but this is really annoying situation and i believe, you will not pay nobody's winnings there.

Please verify my account and send my money soon before i submit complaint by all platforms.

I’m Ronnie, and I’ve recently joined the team at Cloudbet as Social and Community Manager.

Most of my previous experience comes from the gaming world, with a little bit of licensing and consumer rights thrown in for good measure. @emurla9 We very much appreciate you sending in your verification information so quickly. Unfortunately the review process has to be performed manually which can take slightly longer. I'm very sorry that you have had to wait this time, but as soon as the checks are complete your withdrawal will be processed.

We have these procedures in place to protect our customers and their deposits, something i'm sure you can appreciate. We will always pay out our players, to do otherwise would be highly detrimental to a crypto casino and sportsbook within a small industry that relies heavily on reputation and word of mouth to attract new customers.

@emurla9 Unfortunately I don't have an update on your withdrawal process as it's now in the hands of our support team who have been in direct contact with you regarding this issue. Verification checks have to be performed manually which can add some time to the process, but I'm confident the situation will be resolved soon.

@SaShiRaJaVu Sorry about that, some sportsbook options were removed temporarily while we performed an update to improve our service over the weekend. As far as I am aware we should be back up and running with our usual wide range of sports lines, but if there is anything specific that you are missing then please let me know and I'll get our teams to investigate the cause.

I cannot find many tournaments in the book especially Tennis and Soccer in the past few days and why is that, i cannot wage in French open or specific tournament i wanted to wage and i am not sure why most of the tournaments are missing, when asked to your customer support they said upgrade is going on but how much time will it take.

Currently I use Cloudbet as my main sportsbook, but there are few thing which I don't like your website. Sometimes your website works laggy and just freeze on my browser. And it's completely impossible to use Cloudbet on mobile. Maybe you are planning to release mobile friendly version of website? And I see that you added Bitcoin Cash deposits some time ago, maybe you are planning to add some more altcoins in future?

Like usual they are kidding with their customers.

There are many competitions not available at the moment and in addition to that, only 6-8 betting options per game are only possible. Normally there were around 70 betting options for every soccer game. What has happened? That is a big negative change...

@Paul0908 Apologies for the confusion on my part, I have just spoken to our teams and it seems that while we worked on some upgrades to our sportsbook service some leagues were temporarily removed, they should be back up very soon - hopefully by the end of the day!

@emurla9 Unfortunately in some cases we have to request proof of identity when processing withdrawals. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved, but I can assure you that we will treat all this information confidentially and it is only for internal use. Once we have received the documents you will not be requested to send the same ones again while they remain valid.

I still don't agree though that it is a correct comment to make.  The house edge for a bookie will vary all throughout the day, due to as you allude to, the odds fluctuations.  Having the lowest or highest edge doesn't mean that you have the best odds.
