I dont get anything wrong for selfie with ID but for selfie with bank statement, it seems too bad imo .

I have to question your statement about Betking currently having the lowest odds.  Are you calculating their house edge on every bet currently displayed against Cloudbet?

he meant the lowest margin which means the highest odds and that's true , Betking at the moment has the lowest margin but that doesn't mean they always have higher odds for all the selections
so you may find higher odds for some selection in Betking but the other guy or teams may have higher odds at other sites
it's better to use many bookies and choose the highest for your selection

You did not understand. There was Women Champions League Final this morning in cloudbets betting program. And 10-15 International Friendly... now no women final and just 6  Friendly games. So Cloudbet has deleted some league/cups/countrys. And my question is why???

The overwhelming majority of player withdrawals are still processed instantly. The small number of cases where there are delays are generally because the specific circumstances require further action.

What is going on with cloudbet sportsbetting? Suddenly many soccer leagues and offers were deleted... no champions league women final, no handball games. And what is with the additional bets for soccer games? Normally between 20-70.... Now I see just 6 additional bets... And no soccer live bets at the moment?! What is going on there???

5 days to wait, and now email.

glad you are responding to players Peter , but seriously things need to change fast
Cloudbet used to be great site to bet on but now I'm really starting to avoid it due to the problems that people keep showing here , I don't want my money to get stuck for a week or so

if you need more staff to handle the problems then you should start hiring some people to solve the problems , I just want to see cloudbet like it was few years ago

Now I wait 3 days! Over 72 hours. We unprofessional, who give them licence. I sent them over 30mails, they answer 3 times, the same mail. When I see how many people have problem with Cloudbet, I start think they are scam. A lot of people have problem with withdraw. They wash money?

@betexpert2018/Kraac - I have discussed your issue with our Support Team, and despite your explanations I can confirm that your account will remain blocked. The issue is not about whether you shared an IP, but that you created two separate Cloudbet accounts.

The use of multiple accounts breaches our terms and conditions, specifically: 5.1.9.2: Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. Our T&Cs are unambiguous in relation to the use of multiple accounts, and we encourage all players to familiarise themselves with them when signing up to Cloudbet.

Your main account is still active enabling you to access our services, but please refrain from creating duplicate accounts in future. If you are still unhappy with the decision you are are of course entitled to bring the matter to our ADR and we will be happy to cooperate with any investigation, we can provide them with our findings and their decision would be final.

@Joel_Jantsen - I cannot discuss the specifics of a player’s account or personal details via a public forum, but rest assured this has been thoroughly investigated and we are certain that an intentional breach of our T&Cs took place which are explicit in prohibiting the creation of multiple accounts, which is what happened here. The player’s explanation does not address that simple fact.

The player has also received an email response from our support teams and has been in direct contact with me via Twitter DMs.

In situations like this we always take time to study the facts and whenever reasonable give the player the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. The Bitcoin casino and sportsbook industry is a fairly small but well-connected community, and we know that no legitimate operator would survive long by taking advantage of their player base.
