@betexpert2018/Kraac - I have discussed your issue with our Support Team, and despite your explanations I can confirm that your account will remain blocked. The issue is not about whether you shared an IP, but that you created two separate Cloudbet accounts.

The use of multiple accounts breaches our terms and conditions, specifically: 5.1.9.2: Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. Our T&Cs are unambiguous in relation to the use of multiple accounts, and we encourage all players to familiarise themselves with them when signing up to Cloudbet.

Your main account is still active enabling you to access our services, but please refrain from creating duplicate accounts in future. If you are still unhappy with the decision you are are of course entitled to bring the matter to our ADR and we will be happy to cooperate with any investigation, we can provide them with our findings and their decision would be final.

@Joel_Jantsen - I cannot discuss the specifics of a player’s account or personal details via a public forum, but rest assured this has been thoroughly investigated and we are certain that an intentional breach of our T&Cs took place which are explicit in prohibiting the creation of multiple accounts, which is what happened here. The player’s explanation does not address that simple fact.

The player has also received an email response from our support teams and has been in direct contact with me via Twitter DMs.

In situations like this we always take time to study the facts and whenever reasonable give the player the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. The Bitcoin casino and sportsbook industry is a fairly small but well-connected community, and we know that no legitimate operator would survive long by taking advantage of their player base.

They just sent email investigation shown more than 1 account per IP/household and that account will be frozen and that decision is final.
I dont have problem with them closing the account as long as they payout my balance. I deposited fking 0.18btc which isnt alot and worked my ass of to get it up to this amount and now they dont want to pay it?
As I said, I can provide full documentation for my account and also my friend can do the same. We can provide tickets for Euroleague final four basket when we were together and connected over same IP(As in Serbia I didnt have internet) and I really wont let this go as it's ridicilous acussation and am willing up to take it on court or to whomever they respond to.
I am waiting to see if they can move balance from locked account to "my other one(in fact my friends) or payitout.
Will keep u posted.
The rule not more than 1 account per IP is nonsense, because if you connect to the internet with public wifi for example, then several customers can have the same IP. Or if you visit friends like you said, then several people have the same IP.

But same IP does not necessarily mean it is the same account holder, because you use different pcs and they usually make a fingerprint of your pc. And if you usually have a different IP and only temporary while visiting your friend have another one, then this confirms that the friend's IP is not yours and it is not your account.

However, cloudbet is shady, there are regularly complaints about people waiting for withdrawals and there are also some scam accusations!

I repeatedly ask them for their license and they did not show it. So from a juridical point of view, if they operate illegal without a license, then they have no juridical valid terms and conditions and their claim not more than 1 account per IP/household is baseless.

Countless victims cry in the forum to hire a lawyer and sue them, but finally no one does and they know it and it is +EV for them to simply ignore you.

However, if someone loves to play at cloudbet, then you need to be prepared to pay the price! Or in your case and considering the high amount it would be worth to enforce your claim, but based on my experience the problem is the mindset!

Waiting from 3 days already too and still no withdrawal.
It's my first withdrawal and disappointed what happens there.

I will be happy to receive my balance asap as you clearly state that withdrawals have been sent WITHIN 24 hours.

I wait their answer and I have to say that solving problems this slow will cause this bookmakers ratings to drop hugely. I was so satisfied with cloudbet since using it and this came like a cold shower for me. I still hope they will fix this.
Do you mind posting the conversation you had with them ? Precisely, they suspecting you of having multiple accounts.Locking users out of their accounts with balance as high as 3 bitcoins is not funny and certainly shows how untrustworthy a casino is.

@CloudBet - Guy's asking for an update on his case since you have forcefully claimed his 3 bitcoins.Care you give him appropriate explanations at the earliest ?

   I would like to share my experience at Cloudbet. On May 11, 2018 I`ve bet several times the same bet on a different odds. I won the bet and Cloudbet paid out my winnings. The next day they fixed my stake as lost and took my money.After a few more days they fixed the bet as a canseled and they returned the amount I`ve had bet without the profit.I thought they are correct.They can not change the status of my bet countless times while it is convenient for them.There is official result and my bet is WON.I am waiting for your next changes and get my proffit back.  Angry  Huh  Undecided

I wait 2 days, after 2 days they closed my account. They say me I have 2 accounts. In this time i was in Serbia and bet over friend Network some picks, because I havent Network in Serbia. After that they nothing answer me 24hours. They stole my 2.92BTC

they have upgraded their ratings recently, so they are in touch with them.  This might help.
