Can someone please fucking fix the bug that happens when you request a password reset link and it never actually sends it? I've complained about this here 5 fucking times and every goddamn time I need to reset my password I have to contact the support team since they never send me the email through the automated process, AND NOBODY EVER FIXES IT.

I'm supposed to get a bonus today from depositing a bunch on Sunday so hopefully that actually happens, and I get a link before the bonus expires.

As of late the Grading has been amazing within 1 minute of an event concluding, been getting my withdrawals quickly also instantly...
Not bothered to visit the site in a long time but things certainly look like they have improved and interface runs smoother, BRAVO Cloudbet.lol from what I know, Cloudbet usually if the #1 place for online sports betting with Bitcoin. The payouts are pretty decent though I don't know how many people used the website during 2017 becuase there was a large amount of people stating that the Cloudbet team was trying to scam people.
It might not be true, who knows. I just use caution when looking for Casino's that I can play in.

Their are more good sportsbook existing outthere and why would the we spent some time upon betting outhere while its so clear that their system is sick as hell theirs so many errors occuring around and yet some of their payments are quitely annoying since they are so slow on delivering it to their players.

just a follow up to this - cloudbet responded to my email and forwarded it to another person. its been 1+ day and i haven't received a followup. DO NOT BET LIVE with these guys because they'll lock your bets and only accept them after the line is already finished with a 100% result in the bookies favor.

just out of curiosity, I see they have perhaps the best bonus for new users, 5 Bitcoins maximum.
But checking the rollover, for sports betting, it will be almost impossible to manage to do that.

Casino shorted me I had 3400 credits I press home button I only get .22 credited to account. I emailed support they responded then dissappear. Someone please help me.

Good job Leandro and good to hear that the site will be improving ,we users were waiting for this news for a very long time and the only issue with you guys are the delayed response from the support staff and glad that the site is looking to improve its status and we all need a good sports bet site after the demise of direct bet.

It is really good to see that you are taking an initiative here to ramp up your customer support as that was the complain i am hearing about this site for a very long time and having an active support is needed for a successful project and hope the current implementation has something to do with directbet closing its doors .
