Best in what exactly? 
All I have seen are delayed payments and games being misgraded and not paid out at all even if they were clear wins.
And all the support tickets they have accumulated over the year of all these events happening to them.
They will never get to them and save their reputation from going scam.
No way of that ever happening.

According to my knowledge and experience from betting with different sportsbooks platforms including Cloudbet usually when a player retires bets are considered void but it was different with directbet if a set was played and one of the players retires, the player that progresses to next stage is declared the winner of that match.the game was live tennis wagering, and one of the player retired.

Did you try getting in touch with support for a reason why bet was graded as a loss In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets are considered void.
In case of any delay (rain, darkness...) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
In case of a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void."

Just had a rejected withdrawal from Cloudbet. WTF is up with them. I needed the btc today and now I have to wait for a day to get access to the coins.

I have no clue. They have not left a message and neither emailed me about the issue.

Good to see that cloudbet is starting to focus on improving the site after the demise of directbet, Keep up the good work and hope you could settle the bets a bit earlier so that we could start betting in other matches.
Where is the message that they announce on improving the site? Actually, we can say that there are no problems before that, but in terms of interface, those times were bad and I am looking at a lot of improvements. Payments, for example, are now faster.

They did a 10% loss back promotion on Sunday as a bonus, said it will be credited by 6:00pm GMT (10 minutes ago), I deposited 0.15BTC (lost it all) or more on Sunday during the required times and I don't have anything yet...

Since I don't see it men and As you can see whenever you do little back read of some post of those people around you can actually seek that the existing one posted is those problem who keeps occuring on them so still there's no development happening on them since I think they merely read the comments here thats why they can't see or solve immediately those errors.
