All my bets are gone...I can't see my betslips that I placed in this morning..
Anybody having this problem?

Cloudbet hasn't responded to my emails about accepting my bet line after the game and the result is already finished. very shady company.

Not bothered to visit the site in a long time but things certainly look like they have improved and interface runs smoother, BRAVO Cloudbet.

I guess the race for best sportsbook is on after Directbet closed their doors and if their grading is now faster they have a shot at #1 after losing so many customers to this delayed payments and grading.

just a follow up to this - cloudbet responded to my email and forwarded it to another person. its been 1+ day and i haven't received a followup. DO NOT BET LIVE with these guys because they'll lock your bets and only accept them after the line is already finished with a 100% result in the bookies favor.

Does anybody know where Cloudbet copy their MLB livebetting odds from? Not from Pinnacle like they are doing in NBA, but where from? I can't find out....

Just give them some time,recently they are making an attempt to improve the customer support which was lacking from the site ,just give them some time and i am sure they will resolve it if it is a genuine case,as they used to settle everything in the past,but let them reach you out first.

just out of curiosity, I see they have perhaps the best bonus for new users, 5 Bitcoins maximum.

But checking the rollover, for sports betting, it will be almost impossible to manage to do that.
(not the usual 12x rollover deposit+bonus amount at odds over 2 )

The problem is I had 3400 credit in casino when I pressed home to Cashback it only credited me .22

Casino shorted me I had 3400 credits I press home button I only get .22 credited to account. I emailed support they responded then dissappear. Someone please help me.

Good job Leandro and good to hear that the site will be improving ,we users were waiting for this news for a very long time and the only issue with you guys are the delayed response from the support staff and glad that the site is looking to improve its status and we all need a good sports bet site after the demise of direct bet.

It is really good to see that you are taking an initiative here to ramp up your customer support as that was the complain i am hearing about this site for a very long time and having an active support is needed for a successful project and hope the current implementation has something to do with directbet closing its doors .
