This was one of my favorite crypto casinos and sportsbook.However,I am not using them for a while....But I heard a lot negative talk about Cloudbet.Are they paying? Is it safe now to gamble here?
Last time I bet here was like a few weeks ago and I had no problems with the site. The withdrawals might be slow if your withdrawing a huge amount of btc. The only thing I see bad about the site is their support they really need a live support. Forgot to add that they're slow in grading bets.For me i never encounter such any problem regarding on withdrawals since by bets on their is pretty low only but im pretty sure that those who encounter such problem like that are those who withdraw such huge amount of btc and maybe devs of this site release the money manually.
But i would like to agree with your opinion there they really need a live support so that the problem will be taken action immediately so that people will be satisfy for cloudbet support service.

@BlackMambaPH they have the worst support system and it will take some days for them to respond to your queries.Their bonus system really does not have any clarity and they wont be providing the bonus every time you reach 800 points ,their bonus system is just a joke,in their TOS it says that the bonus will be directly credited to your account ,their live sports book is the only reason i am wagging in that site.

Question about first deposit bonus. I already earn the 800 loyalty points but the 0.01 bitcoin haven't credited to my account. ( 0.01 bitcoin for every 800 loyalty points I earn). My first deposit was 0.05 bitcoin and that was last September 2016 (have to earn 800 loyalty points in one year). My question is, Is that bonus will instantly be credited to my account? If yes I haven't seen any proof that the first deposit bonus is already deposited. I already emailed this matter to our support and as of know, I haven't received a reply from the support.

Has mixed positive and negative complaints. I believe they are still paying, else they would have a negative trust rating on their profile here already by a default trust member. But its definitely best to consider other options in the mean time if you are unsure.

I'm normally pretty happy with Cloudbet's service, even with the delayed withdrawals, however what I am not okay with, is someone from your Support team blaming me for your system not sending me a damn password reset email. It's insulting.
I requested a password reset through your site shortly after receiving an email from Cloudbet saying all passwords were randomized, and we need to reset them. I hopped on, did the "Forgot Your Password?" thing, entered my email, site said it was sent, and nothing in my inbox/spam/junk. Nothing from Cloudbet ever goes in my Spam folder anyway. I waited, no email.
Requested 2 more times, and waited a full 24 hours for the email, still nothing after 3 attempts now.
I messaged Support, and at first they couldn't figure out what it was, and then they send me this:

Saying it's MY FAULT that I didn't request it correctly? I'm very disappointed with Cloudbet and I'll never play here again.
About a year or so ago, when Cloudbet was my main place to play, occasionally I'd forget my password. And every single time I clicked their automated "Forgot your password" type shit, they'd never actually send me the reset email. I don't have it blocked, it's not in spam, yes it's the correct email: the last time I spoke with them, they even confirmed it was an issue on their side and that's why it didn't get sent (not before treating me like an idiot that couldn't read first, though. They told me they'd have it fixed soon enough. We're now more than a year later, so I decide to give it a try.

First of all, I want to thank you for your great affiliate program. I've been referring new members for serveral casinos for a long time and have recently been referring for Cloudbet, too. I have already referred a few members which bet and a question arose regarding the commission and how this is calculated.
Lets take this example.
The picture shows that a bet was placed on this particular day. And it also shows a turnover. Does turnover mean the stake of the bet? It also shows P/L, I guess it means profit / loss. Is it the profit / loss of the member or the profit /loss of my commission?

How long does it take to approve withdrawal request? It is really annoying that I have to wait for hours for a withdrawal to be processed(hopefully it does eventually). I used to like the site a couple of years back so thought I'll give it a shot again. Once the withdrawal is successful. I dont think Ill ever get back to cloudbet.
Edit: I get pissed off when some sites take 5 mins for withdrawal request to go through. Taking hours for no apparent reason just takes it to a whole new level.

My recommendation is to try other sites because you are in trouble with the speed problem on this site. But even if there is no problem with the payment, it is paid too late.

From what i understand they used to send payment manually and that too only once a day and if the admin think that there is any foul play in your bets it would take some time to settle down as their review process will take a longer time to get a decision,i think they have to employ more people to handle everything smoothly and build the site rather than be a one man team (actually it looks like a one man army with all the delays) Edit: I get pissed off when some sites take 5 mins for withdrawal request to go through. Payments were no longer automatic, but payments were made in the past, but this is not the case and it is being done late.
I do not think there's anything on the site, but it's something that's important in a betting site.

Avoid this site, slow payment, wrong grades, bad promotion, bad odds, I can't find the reason to bet here. I never played here after I lost 50 btc in this site, miserable days. 
Losing 50 bitcoin is a huge amount of money and since you gambled that off what is the site has to do with the loss,the site has no promotion but the odds are pretty decent as i have not find much of a difference between other sites but the payment is slow as they process the funds only once per day,if i could find a good site with a good live betting option i will be happy to choose that,till then i am happy with it. reestablish themselves to be among the best! They also need to scrap off the point system which saves no purpose after bonus has been redeemed...frankly speaking these adjustments/changes are long overdue
