It seems that they don't care about the customers, so they grade so slowly, I doube they are a 5-ppl team to handle all things.

Today i noticed that some of the matches have a higher minimum bet amount and i am not sure why is that and even when it comes to tennis the minimum wage is 0.037 in the finals of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal , i am not interested in risking that much in a single game.

tat support really useless, their is no issue of my bet. i think that support not work. everyone can find and fixing my bet in a miinute if really do it. this book dont know how to make customer happy every single complaint
It is true if they can give some effort in support and customer relations they can be the best sports book with the kind of live bet options they have but i do not understand why they are giving them the least effort for customer satisfaction ,may be it is a one man team and so is the delay.

i have 2 win pending bet, funny way was my lost settled in minute after FT. i dont know why this sportbook really lack of customer service.
I have had similar experience in the past but they usually settle those within 24 hours ,either way it is really strange and i am not sure why it takes that much time to settle a bet even if you wage a small amount,i am not sure what all matches are getting a delayed settlement but i did find that issue last week but it was working fine yesterday and day before. Placed bets on 10+ livebetting markets/different matches this morning. 10 hours later non of the bets are settled. Emailed support hours ago but no respons.
Been a long time customer of Cloudbet. No issues before other than one slow pay. Last month things have changed. Slow support, often slow settlements, and canceled/void bets.
Would advise to not keep a big balance there at the moment.
Yeah, last month it turned out that they false and misleading claim to have a non existing license. Even though the shills continue to vouch, this typically reduce revenue. Been a long time customer of Cloudbet. No issues before other than one slow pay. Last month things have changed. Slow support, often slow settlements, and canceled/void bets.
Would advise to not keep a big balance there at the moment.
