Placed bets on 10+ livebetting markets/different matches this morning. 10 hours later non of the bets are settled. Emailed support hours ago but no respons.
Been a long time customer of Cloudbet. No issues before other than one slow pay. Last month things have changed. Slow support, often slow settlements, and canceled/void bets.
Would advise to not keep a big balance there at the moment.

Did anyone notice that there is a minimum bet of more than 0.001 btc in some of their sports game. I tried to bet on over/under points for NBA games and there is an error message prompting me to increase my bet to around 0.04 BTC. I find that it is irritating as many other sportsbook don't have such high minimum bets for their game.
For specific matches they increase their minimum bet criteria and i have noticed that most of the time they used to increase when it comes to heavy favorites and they usually would give a good odd for that but the risk is too high for me to enter that sort of bait ,usually i enter live matches and when i find a match having those criteria i usually skip those.This has become a really strange sportsbook to place bets on now.
Everything is either not working right on live betting or out whack after they say it has been fixed.
I am not going to spend anymore time or effort to even look at what anyone has to say about them now.
I have made my decision to not even look at them anymore as a reliable sportsbook or bitcoin casino any longer

I would prefer waiting 10 minutes in knowing I'm actually going to get paid today then waiting for 24 hours and possibly beyond that. Cause that would just be killing me if it was over 1btc I will be waiting a entire day to see if it will come in to my wallet or not.
The torture would be unbearable for some.
If Nitogen sports does this then I would rather go with them then cloudbet and know it could take that long if ever I would get my winnings or a letter telling me to resubmit my withdrawal because they screwed up or had to check something on their system. That would just piss me off even more!
The major difference i find with cloudbet and the rest of the bitcoin based sports book is that you can have live bets where none of the sites accepts live bets,yes directbet accepts bets during live matches but then the odds will be pretty low and even with all the new sites i have not seen another site like that and so is the reason i am still using that site despite the with drawal delay.The torture would be unbearable for some.

Yes, CB covers most live betting because they use the largest data supplier. Nitrogen's live betting is the worst one.

Good statement, if a site has no license or cheap license, they can run away with funds easily, it is not responsible action and it is crime.

Their chat support sucks and im pretty sure that you will get a hardtime to get a words from them maybe you need to file a scam accusation so that your issue will be solve by them immediately. But if you can wait maybe you need to message them rapidly so that they can see that you are really pissed off for your problem who still occuring.

Cloudbet they do "high amount" withdrawal manual so, you can forget to get your withdrawal instant on the weekend

ok, here some update;
I had
5 BTC withdrawal, 0.5 BTC withdrawal and 0.5 BTC withdrawal.
2x 0.5 BTC went on my ewallet today,
5 BTC still pending.
I played a lot today and we can consider it as my lucky day.
4 BTC left on cloudbet account for play for now,
another btc requested , 5 BTC and 4 BTC
total - 14 BTC, where 5 BTC is pending more than 24 hours.

In my opinion CloudBet currently have the best live betting sports offer,
bets are grading much faster than it used to be half year ago, from major tournaments in tennis faster than from ITF's, NBA is pretty slow.
Also there are a lot of options in live betting not only money line, much better than in bet-at-home for example...
I agree that they grade nba and esports pretty slow but the odds on live and pre live is good, the only thing they're missing is a live support. What makes me hate them is the limits that they have on esports, there's this one time that I only have like 0.03 left in my balance then the system says minimum bet should be like 0.04 but the faq says minimum bet is 0.001 which is not true. bets are grading much faster than it used to be half year ago, from major tournaments in tennis faster than from ITF's, NBA is pretty slow.

my 2 withdrawals per 0,5 btc were processed but...
one withdrawal have hash number and is marked as completed, but never appear on my wallet, also in blockchain transaction is not found by a hash,
5 btc withdrawal still pending
