Have a license means the identity of the operator is known. This is very important if they commit criminal offenses like embezzlement or fraud.

NitrogenSports.eu operator is unknown yet you have them as a trusted website. Also, DirectBet, Crypto-Games, Primedice, etc. I believe them to be trusted too, but this goes directly against what you say. Additionally, AmericasCardroom, BookMaker, BetOnline, etc.

It's sad, because I look at this new industry "bitcoin" specific gaming and a company like SBR specific to bitcoin would be a great addition. Game-protect you could have been that company, but you are going about it all wrong.

These companies like Cloudbet, NitrogenSports, Betcoin are the future of this industry and possibly of online gaming as a whole. You should be working with them to improve the experience for their players and actually helping solve problems that these new companies face.

Again, Cloudbet keep up the good work.

Very new bitcoin based gaming, but have been playing on Cloudbet 1-2 weeks and counting and have not had one problem with deposits, withdrawals or customer support inquiries. Cloudbet and some of the other companies are not scams guys. Can they all improve their customer support and make other improvements yes, but you are comparing them with companies that have hundreds of employees and been around for 15 plus years like 5Dimes. They don't have that infrastructure yet, but they will.

Also, I have played on highly rated fiat gaming websites including 5Dimes.eu. and many of the best don't have a license or have a license that means absolutely nothing.

Keep up the great work Cloudbet and others. I am a fan and will be a long time customer.

oh another problem occur on newbie account does it make sense? Well if you got truly a bad error in their site well much better if you message them up frequently and try to post your evidence so that people can see aswell as the cloudbet management will figure it out and provably solve those errors who still occur on them. And i think also cloudbet really needs some people to with hold/man the support so they can perfectly attain and solve the issue immediately.

If you deposit and then withdraw without placing any bets, you can only withdraw to one of the deposit addresses where you made the deposit from. Cloudbet cannot be used as a mixing service.

You have emailed our support staff already, and they have already told you this.

You asked me for my email address and I gave it to you in a pm but up until now no response in the last 5 days that I sent it. So I am posting it here and am asking for solid proof of the reason, including screenshots,logs or whatever it is that you can show the reasoning of why such a small withdrawal was rejected from your site when all others which were larger then this on was approved. Why all the sudden the denying your customers of their requests to withdraw available balances from your site now?!

I enjoy cloudbet over all the other online casinos. If I had an issue, cloudbet support quickly responded and things got resolved quickly and with professionalism, which is why I am surprised that this issue is taking so long to be resolved. I made a bet on live casino and would get a message "bet not received", there would be no change in my balance. The next round I would play again, win, but was not paid correctly, in some cases receiving half in other receiving less. This time around support has been really unhelpful and claiming to contact technical support in the chat, which then directs me back to them. It has been a pending issue for over a week with little response from cloudbet support. Has anyone else had this issue?? How was it solved?

I have good news for you: Cloudbet scam steal winnings!

Been paid out plenty of times (processed a payout for .7 instantly just a minute ago with the 10BTC pending) and larger amounts, but thanks.

Paid. It took around a day and a half. I've never run into an issue but this was the slowest. I was impatient myself, but I like when books stay within a time-frame. If you say you need to wait to give me my money for 24 hours, fine, but don't hold it longer than 24 hours.

Betcoin has the worst lines out of all the BitCoin bets. You'd be a sucker to play there considering all the money you're leaving on the table because of their awful odds. Nitrogen is still the best lines wise for full matches, CloudBet has nice variety in asian lines and halftime bets.

Also, where is the "license" for BetCoin.Ag? Don't see a thing about how they are regulated

I'm not sure if you understand the importance of odds. I bet close to 250-300 bitcoin a month, so considering Betcoin is almost 5 cents worse on everything compared to Nitro, I'd have to pick considerably better to make the same amount of money.

Just wanted to inform you. If you feel comfortable to have a larger amount of BTC at a scam, then this is great for me either.
