I am not sure about the support system as i never had any problems while i am betting and i am playing in the site for a long time ,i usually take some time off but then i am playing for over a year and i never encountered accounts being frozen,the reason i like the site is simply because it is the only site which i can do live betting when it comes to bitcoin based sports book,the rest of the sports book closes taking wages when the match starts.

I never had a problem playing with them till now and the only issue i find is the delays when it comes to withdrawal and it is not instant like other sites.

Have you contacted the support yet? OP is inactive to respond here, and it is weekend again, they are on vacation I think, they process slowly during the weekend.

Their withdrawal is not instant, their advertisement is fake, sometimes the withdrawals take more than 24 hours, sometimes they freeze the account.

Can you just elaborate things,when you accuse something you have to give the proof rather than saying something.This is a site i have being playing for some time and i never found anything fishy till now and this is one of the sports book that have live betting and so is the reason i opt this sports book to gamble.

Just so you know, they have been freezing withdrawals. Most of the reasons given are they suspect foul play or something, like multi accounting which is not allowed on their sites.

It's sad, because I look at this new industry "bitcoin" specific gaming and a company like SBR specific to bitcoin would be a great addition. Game-protect you could have been that company, but you are going about it all wrong.

These companies like Cloudbet, NitrogenSports, Betcoin are the future of this industry and possibly of online gaming as a whole. You should be working with them to improve the experience for their players and actually helping solve problems that these new companies face.
