Hey guys, I placed a live bet on the Madison Keys vs. Duan tennis match on the Keys ML. Keys won. I was paid.

I made several other bets and then withdrew my BTC.

I logged in today to see that my account balance was NEGATIVE and that the Keys bet was cancelled.

What is going on?

Their biggest problem is no live support, email takes long in work days, in weenkend there is no support at all. Maybe they are short of fund, but I donated 20 btc to this site, they should have improved the system

Jeez ClouBet, I'm just about to give up on you guys.

Sometimes my deposits are faster than I can switch tabs from my wallet to the browser. Other times it takes more than 12 hours!!
Same wallet software, same fees, same everything!

Yeah I am finally glad that they got NBA. Finally something with entertainment to bet on. Lately its been getting very boring with all the current sports I've been watching and no fun.

I also can confirm, cloudbet (suxx and) misleads users with fake odds

I came back here 2 days ago after some months, I tried to put at least 20 bets on 15 different markets , basketball
but none of them was successful , cloudbet always disabled that part of the market (left or right) and when i tried to put another bet on other handciap they did the same (while reenabled the other market)
you can do this infinite times , but your bet never will be accepted

If you want i can make a 5 minute video, i will try to place 10 bets on different markets and cloudbet will reject all of them (only 0.1 BTC beetween price 1.75 - 2.5)

And no, do not try to get away of this. This is not the case of the odds just changing, which is normal. This is the case of you not displaying the new odds as soon as they change and waiting for a player to place a bet in order to tell them "Sorry dude, the odds dropped".

Even more pathetic... There is an obvious certain win (Sepsi @ 2.18 and Brasov +0.5 @ 2.4). I bet on Sepsi and the bet worked, then I tried to bet on Brasov +0.5 and I get odds of 1.7 instead of 2.4, and you tell me that everything is working as expected.
