I've been using Cloudbet on my phone and due to the mobile format, I'm not able to see the score of the match. I can just see the set score. This is the problem for a lot of sports. Please upgrade it. Thanks.

Cloudbet in a joke I've deposited over 2k on it.. Made a wager for .0458 on a snooker match live bet showed score 3-3 then after I place wager live bet changes it to 4-2
I contact support this is what they tell me

Once a bet has been submitted to us and accepted by our system it cannot be cancelled. This means that we are not able to refund your bet on this occasion.

In the future, when submitting a bet slip, please make sure to double-check all your selections, as once it's been received there is nothing more that can be done.

What a joke

I got funds here as well and I have been keep emailling them and receive no response from cloudbet so far. The biggest fear of mine would be that this is an exit scam from cloudbet. They change it by themselves or they sell these private data to someone because they are shutting the site down

This is happening to me as well. It's been about 4 days and they want send me a new password. I do have funds in my account. Pretty frustrating to get the same reply every time I email them. They say, "please click the I forgot my password button to receive a new password" but that doesn't work. It isn't in my spam folder. They just refuse to really help.

This is happening to me too and i cant access my account and im also afraid to fix it though because of this case until now i dont like to happen it any time i have a balance on it. But unfortunately i do not have only one password for all my acccounts.

This is a bit concerning everyone having these issues, I can't seem to login either, though I have no funds in my account.. I hope everything is alright with cloudbet.

Got the same issue here, i was out for vacation and my phone keep sending me notification that someone changed my password, atleast 3 times a day. I dont have any funds on cloudbet however because of this I need to change the other password for security. Lesson learned, never use the same password

They have changed some account passwords for security reasons , I think they sent an e-mail to you about that , check your e-mail and you will know every thing , or you can insert your e-mail in this site : https://haveibeenpwned.com/   then click Pwend to check if your account has been uncovered

What's happening on Cloudbet? I never change my password, but now the site said "Incorrect username or password". Please secured our bets please. Now bettors will leave your site.

Me threw the mail I can't access my account for 3 days like that and it doesn't mail my Hotmail address. Approximately 40 $ of my money on and slept on top. Definitely I don't recommend this site anymore.

Hi cloudbet I placed a wager in the morning on a snooker natch for . 03 when I placed wager it said score was 3 to 3 25 seconds score gets changed to 4 to 2 and match is over. This is impossible unless score was listed wrong please fix

Just to be safe better don't click in any of the links in the mail and go to cloudbet's site by tipping the address in your browser and change your password.

One way or another it might be compromised(either the email is true or the site has been hacked and your data has been compromised)

I got this same sort of email today and thought it was just a spam email. To get you to click the link to change your password so too key log your account. So I just ignored it. But now I see that is was because of a database breach. That is shame as they had their wallet hacked just a year ago. So their security people have not learned a thing from that. 

I want to ask about the EURO bet challenge competition , you have not provided any statistics , like how many participants , and how will divide the prize pool.
If I correctly expected the final to be between France and Portugal , how much I will earn ? and when the prizes will be credited to the winner accounts?
