I've been tempted but will never ever give your book another penny.  I've done much volume at your book but after that incident with a certain employee and your unwillingness to keep me as a GOOD CUSTOMER, forget about it.

1) Dishonesty all around
2) Sarcastic responses from your staff
3) Nickel and dimeing GOOD CUSTOMERS
3) You employ limited staff (in Europe) so forget about US players and "automatic" deposits
4) I offered you 2 1st class round trip tickets to the winner of your $600k  world cup contest to which you never replied.

1. Ok I got a reply from the Cloudbet staff and they are doing nothing to help.
2. I had contacted the staff support much before the spin took place, and told them about the wrong bet sizing. Cloudbet said, I must have bet wrong(But this did not happen. I bet 2 chips, and as soon as it acccepted my bet, It took my entire balance). I Contacted the support much before the spin even happened.
Cloudbet claimed that I contacted the support much after the spin.

3. I asked Cloudbet the time the spin happened, and I have a picture showing that the time I contacted the support chart was much before this.

Can the Op say anything about this, I am not at all happy with the help you guys have been offering. I argued for almost an hour with the live support and now I am stuck arguing with the email support and waiting for their replies.

Keep us updated how this will resolve...

It is our policy not to comment on specific issues related to our players in public so I will not share specific details, but in this case the player made a bet which lost and then asked for a refund. The bet was placed by the player and was correctly resulted. In the above circumstance, the player made a bet larger than 2 mBTC, the correct amount was deducted from their account, and then they tried to cancel the bet. There was no error on our part.

Please note that once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled so please be diligent in your selections and bet sizing.

Hi Cloudbet, I am still waiting to hear from the support again, but it appears you dont care.
The problem is I did not try to reverse a bet or something. I had placed a bet of 2mbtc, and much before the spin the wrong amount was deducted. On seeing that I immediately informed the support staff about the issue. This happened, BEFORE THE SPIN Happened, and it wasnt me trying to cancel the bet. The amount     deducted was wrong, and I told them before the spin on my part.
On Email you guys also said, I informed the support much after the spin, however I have the chat logs/images to show, when I had contacted them

I had a terrible experience playing Roullette on Cloudbet today. I had placed a 2 mbtc bet on 2 columns on the table, and suddenly it tshowed 0 balance in my account.
I immediately contacted the live support staff and the chat about the issue about 2 minutes before the spin, and told them about it(that I had bet only 2 mbtc). However they did not believe me, and the entire balance got deducted from my account.  I have sent the screenshots and the chat log to cloudbet support.
Can someone from their side pls fix the issue, and reply soon. I really did not expect this the first time I placed a bet today and want to see it get resolved.
Will keep you guys posted.
