Although I do understand that systems can have a glitch sometimes, you really need to understand that supporttickets should have high priorities. The BTC casino's are not as "regulated" as the long time known fiat casino's, so when an error occurs and we hear nothing from you guys for a few days, that gives a very uncomfortable feeling.
Just a friendly advice, please track the reason of my problems and give more speedy attention to tickets.
