Browse back this thread and you'll see my posts where we were talking about how "good" support is. We had our deposit stuck and no reply from support for days. So I steped back finaly and found more trusted book. It is obvious that cloudbet need to improve their support and cashier functionality.

Site have some issues from time to time , but that doesn't mean its scam, they always fix/refund issues . And they have awesome support , so just email them.

My withdrawal failed as well, but now it stays on pending all the time!

Edit: Fixed! And probably the last time I play at this site. In a period of 10 days I played here, about 5-6 issues raised, like cancelled hands, disappearing won bets, payout stucks and arguable support.

At the end of the road Cloudbet WILL resolve your problems, but it's just too much hassle and headache for me. Guess I'm just a sucker for the nice lay-out. Will play again when your platform is proven stable.

Happened to me as well. You have to send an email to [email protected] and they will fix it for you.
