From the looks of things, I dont think just should delay your support.

I was about to play until I saw this, just to check up on how they handle issues.

for real when are you guys going to handle my ticket properly?

Site have some issues from time to time , but that doesn't mean its scam, they always fix/refund issues . And they have awesome support , so just email them.

Edit: Fixed! And probably the last time I play at this site. In a period of 10 days I played here, about 5-6 issues raised, like cancelled hands, disappearing won bets, payout stucks and arguable support.

At the end of the road Cloudbet WILL resolve your problems, but it's just too much hassle and headache for me. Guess I'm just a sucker for the nice lay-out. Will play again when your platform is proven stable.

Happened to me as well. You have to send an email to [email protected] and they will fix it for you.
