U mean limits are to big? Well i think that to. But than for live they cant accept smaller limits.

Thanks Cloudbet, this issue has been resolved correctly.
Although I do understand that systems can have a glitch sometimes, you really need to understand that supporttickets should have high priorities. The BTC casino's are not as "regulated" as the long time known fiat casino's, so when an error occurs and we hear nothing from you guys for a few days, that gives a very uncomfortable feeling.
Just a friendly advice, please track the reason of my problems and give more speedy attention to tickets.

do not use this site, they have scammed me over 1000$ of winnings, slots don`t pay out, anytime you do the live dealers and about to win there is a error, support never checks tickets, i gave this site a good review i take it all back, theft over 1000, and the worst support.

My PASSWORD WAS CHANGED LAST NIGHT.. BEWARE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT EMAIL LINKED TO YOUHR CLOUDBET ACCOUNT ... I know for a fact I wasn't hacked I got my money but somehow my password was changed

This one is solved......but now another problem!
I deposit 200mBTC and play live blackjack with 50mBTC bet. I lose one and win one, but the system didn't payout! I bet the last 100mBTC and win.....no payout and have a zero balance!
Now what?!
hey blackshibe. I have had a similar problem before, and you should contact the chat/support available while you are playing in the live casino.
I did and the only answer I got back all the time was "I cannot do anything for you, contact your operator!"
Its the first time that a Support let me down like this and I played on many skins from known live providers before.
I got all screenshots and noted the 3 hand ID's, hope Cloudbet will figure this out.

Why don't you reply to my BIG problem on the previous page? Its in your interest as well to avoid this kind of problems in the future. That onsite support cannot help me, as he was an employee of the serviceprovider and can not alter account balances. He blamed me for using W7 as an OS and Google Chrome......come on.
