And yet I STILL haven't been awarded the .11 bitcoins.

but why on earth do they not just simply look up that the Oakland A's actually won and not lost?  I've been waiting 15+ hours for this damn bet to be graded so that I can withdraw and bet on another site.

As someone who was vocal about my problems during deposits and withdrawals yesterday, I feel like I owe it to Cloudbet to now vouch that the problems have been fixed.

A deposit for .2 BTC was processed instantly and confirmed within 45 minutes, as usual, and the withdrawal hit my wallet instantly.

Everything appears to have returned to normal, as Cloudbet has said.

Why on earth is it taking 12 hours to grade a major league baseball moneyline correctly?  I've since tilted off money waiting for your snail-like support.  

EDIT 90 minutes later:  Ok, so it's been two hours since they've been "looking into" the results of a mis-graded baseball game from 12+ hours ago.  What is wrong man?  Why can't you just credit me the correct funds?  I want my money back I'm pretty tired of this poorly run site.  Please just grade the Oakland A's with Kazmir pitching from LAST NIGHT correctly and award me my funds!

Can you please speed up the re-grading of the Oakland A's game?  You graded it as a loss and it's a win.  Don't see why it's taking so long!??

An update from the technical team here at Cloudbet.

We had a few technical issues over the weekend, all of which been resolved.

1. There were some delays with grading of parlay bets due to issues with a third party data provider. They have since fixed the problem at their end, and parlay bets have been graded.

2. We were NOT having issues processing deposits - all deposits were successfully being processed instantly - but we were having an issue tracking bitcoin network confirmations. To protect against double-spending, we require 3x confirmations for each deposit before a player can withdraw. As deposits were not properly confirming, this caused a few players to be unable to withdraw. We have resolved the issue, deposits are being properly confirmed, and players can again withdraw after their deposits each have 3 confirmations.

3. We have had a LOT of wagering activity over the past few days - and a lot of bets on World Cup markets - which is more than we have ever had in a weekend. Because there were a number of large winners, one of our hot wallets was depleted. This is why a small number of withdrawals (about a dozen) failed earlier today. We have refilled the relevant hot wallet and all withdrawals (including those that failed) have already been processed.

I hope none of our players were too badly inconvenienced, and thank you all for your patience and understanding. In general, if you have an issue, please send us an email to [email protected] as that is the channel that will reach us most quickly. Also please note that although our support teams run through the weekend, our technical teams are in the office Mon-Fri so please give us 24 hours to respond to any issues.

We're sorry that some players had some issues but we're pleased that we have been able to resolve everything in less than 24 hours over the weekend.

They just fixed my withdrawl. I have never had any issues with the site till yesterday, when my withdraw didnt happen..
Other than that, I like the site. and trust it!

Hey, I have a question about the bonus. I made my first bet last night (england vs italy to score more than 1.5 goals) and won 0.0049 with a 0.01 bet.

With a 0.01 bet I got 2 loyalty points. Do I need 800 points for 0.01 of the bonus to release to my account? that means I have to bet for 4 btc to receive a 0.01 bonus? Really?

I registered last week and I had successful deposits and cash outs but I am worried to see all the players that are having troubles depositing and cashing out, any comments on that from the website or regular players?

Oakland A's WON yesterday, not LOST.  How do you get this wrong?  And how does that take hours to grade and then you get it wrong??

And why does my withdraw say failed?  This is really messing with my weekend of betting.

.I am having an issue on Cloudbet which has not been solved since yesterday....
I requested a cashout around half a bitcoin, and it did not process it and said, the deposit needs confirmations before a withdrawl, and would take half hour, but even after 7-8 hrs, it had not processed, even though deposit was confirmed.
Today in the morning I tried, it processed it, and in the wallet transactions it says failed...
and the amount has been deducted from the account...

Can someone from cloudbet pls help on this..

Guys one big suggestion .

Only thing that i dont like about cloudbet is not been able to share my bet slips.
When i win i want to share that betslip atm its only posible to take ss of it.
Would be nice if betslip ID is link so i can copy it and share it .
