@VRTOOP: You should be able to see your bonus in the your account dashboard - however there are requirements as you need to earn loyalty points by betting to clear your bonus.

i made a deposit 0.029 and picked cricket Knights v Lions lions my team won and after the game was over i was promised "Automatic grading on all bets. Don't wait hours to receive your winnings." after 5 hours nothing.
and i made another bet the same bet today Everton de Viña v Colo Colo over 0.5 points All-In,
during middle of soccer match i get a random award 0.0031 into my account. after 1hr of watching this soccer game i won again after the game was over, i also promised "Automatic grading on all bets. Don't wait hours to receive your winnings." stake 0.029 win = 0.0302 Got nothing. claims they credit instantly however, can you clarify or fix the issue?

I'm probably whinging a bit here, but is there any way you could speed up getting your standard lines out (e.g the ML, O/U, +-) as for example the AO Men's matches weren't available yesterday and some of the big matches for tonight (ie Djokovic) are still unavailable.

Ah ok, I'll be sure to check up regularly, seeing as I already compare lines between bookies to reduce he amount of vig I'm paying. Nice to know that there's another bookie I can look at for set betting.

They do currently have both regulation time and OT lines. RT is regulation time.
I'm pretty sure that they don't have RT handicaps, just OT handicaps last time I checked.
Currently, on NHL, we offer the following markets:
RT Match Odds (1x2)
RT Over/Under
OT Handicap
OT Moneyline
OT Over/Under
RT Match and Over/Under
We will explore adding NHL RT Handicaps - I've added this to our pipeline so we will explore it at some point in the near future.

Basically, we will spread markets where we believe there to be enough interest. So - Majors, and a few other prominent ATP events. If it shows to be a popular bet type, we'll expand our set betting offering to more tennis events.

Oh in that case, you might be seeing me pop around sometime soon with the AO coming upon in three days. To what extent do you guys offer set betting; as in what size tournament does it need to be - do they only apply to the slams at the moment or some of the other tourneys that go on between slams?
As for Fedex, good luck with the bet; personally I'm thinking that if they meet it'll be a pain for Roger considering his mobility drop so much so that Nadal should easily clinch a set. If your really stuck on Fed, might want to switch it to an ML or a 3-1

If possible I would prefer if you were to PM me should you begin to implement a larger number of tennis betting options. There aren't too many sites that offer set betting in the fashion I have described (rather than the usual +1.5/+2.5 etc) so if you were to it would certainly garner my interest. Would you have a rough estimate on when such improvements would occur, as the Australian Open is one of the biggest times to bet on tennis (otherwise I'll have to wait for another slam).

Would there be any chance you could significantly improve the number of options you have for tennis betting, as currently you have no matches to bet on when there are in fact a crap ton of games in qualifiers and finals and doubles. Also would you look into set betting (i.e Williams 2-1) rather than just the basic point spreads and over/unders which every bookie offers? Finally do you guys formulate your own lines or follow/affiliate with some of the big fiat bookies (ie Bet365 and Pinnacle)?
