Care to break down how much the rollover would be, say 10x or something? Say from a $500deposit+$500bonus*how much rollover=total amount to get through rollover. Thanks

Because we run the bonus across all products, we don't have a rollover per se. Instead, the bonus is released as you earn loyalty points.
The rate at which you earn loyalty points depends on the specific odds of the sports bets you place, or the specific game you play in the casino. The higher the price in the sportsbook, the more points you earn. For example, a 1 BTC bet at a price of 2.00 will earn 414 points, whereas a 1 BTC bet at a price of 10.00 will earn 2162 points.
Sportsbook:
Loyalty points = stake (in mBTC) x price score
The price score is the square root of the odds, minus one (decimal odds).
Casino:
Loyalty points = stake (in mBTC) x game score
The game score varies depending on the game you play.
For example, Live Roulette earns 0.216 points, European Blackjack earns 0.049 points (per mBTC wagered).

You will automatically receive a bonus of your first deposit matched 100%, up to 5 BTC. If you view your dashboard, you will see how much you have in your bonus account.
In order to clear the bonus, you need to generate player points. For each 800 points you generate, you will clear 0.01 BTC of bonus.

However, there still are many - many bugs and I am not sure I will be returning. Also, the initial deposit bonus system does not appear to work.... I should have received my initial bonus already, no?

I would like to issue a warning to all potential players. I recently left anonibet, and after looking into it, found CloudBet to be the best option on the market. Or so I thought. I deposited 5 BTC, and as promised, I got that as my reward points. Over the past 3 days (when I created my account), I have accumulated 2k+ loyalty points and have received my bonus bitcoins as advertised. All good there. I turned my 5 BTC, into ~8 BTC (through their sports book), and so I decided to play a little bit of black jack. The past couple days, I played a few hands no issue. Earlier today, I won .29 BTC no issue. Than this happened.
I had 7.5005 BTC in my balance.
I was betting 40 mBTC (minimum playable hand, their max is 800 mBTC), and was playing quite a few hands. I was up a bit (Roughly $100 in fiat).
Than, the next hand deducted 3 BTC. Basically, all of the BTC I had won on the site. My balance went from 7.5005 to 4.5005. I clearly withdrew the amount (4.5 exactly after fees), and I sent them an email.
I am NOT accusing them of anything, other than glitchy software for the time being. Please bear in mind, that their sports book has been nothing but good for me, but STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACKJACK TABLE UNTIL THIS GETS FIXED!
