Don't know if they are, but grade 1st half bets during halftime please. I have one currently placed for a friend and the game is at halftime and should be graded a winner. I am a bookie in real life (charge a 1% vig) and I need a book that will grade events as quick as possible for those in my life that have an itch to bet, whenever and on whatever.

We have deployed some new services so are much less reliant on Blockchain.info. We will be moving off them entirely, but for now, deposits have resumed and are being processed quickly.
If you still haven't received a deposit that you have made greater than an hour ago, please send us your wallet ID and/or transaction hash to [email protected] and we will process it immediately.

ya as i mentioned in the other betcloud thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-is-a-scambook-523122 you guys should have disabled the deposit button if you KNEW you were having problems! Just because of how you guys conducted your businesses I am very hesitant to even use your service again as this has happened for the second time! I can understand things breaking but for not having an email support team to keep us up to date really got me thinking you guys were in it to scam it. If I wasn't a bitcoin enthusiast what would I do? Good thing I have found this thread:

Once we realised that the issue would take longer to be resolved, we sent an email to our players. We also posted a message to our website yesterday during the initial outage.
The current situation is we need to migrate away from blockchain.info services as the issues arise at their end. We have had our entire technical team working around the clock to have this completed as soon as possible, and we are now only a few hours away.
We will be making an offer of some kind to players affected.
Please bare with us while we complete these fixes, and please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything we can help with.

As Micon suggested, we are presently using blockchain.info for some components of our transaction workflow. As they were down for a period of time, there were delays in processing of withdrawals, deposits, and confirming of deposits.
Blockchain.info was briefly functional again a few hours ago, at which time we were able to process a large number of deposits and the bulk of withdrawals. Unfortunately they have gone offline again, but we expect their services - and therefore our deposit, withdraw, and confirmation services - to resume shortly.
We have been building our own in-house services to replace blockchain.info, which means we will no longer be reliant on any third party for any components of our bitcoin workflow, but we hadn't yet deployed these at the time of the outage. We will be deploying these in coming weeks.
