I would like to state that I received my withdrawal quickly after having spoken to the live chat support yesterday evening. Still I am not very happy with the overall procedure but its not my decision to make how a company handles its business. Again: Money received so no issues with me!

There's a lot of sportsbook to choose from, actually the signature you are wearing is a good sportsbook as they do process withdrawals instantly and they don't even have any charge of the amount. I am just wondering why you are playing Cloudbet when the site you promote has what you are looking for in terms of withdrawals processing speed. I am doing 99% of my bets at sportsbet and I am more than happy!
I just wanted to try something out with Cloudbet - with sportsbooks its all about the odds mate.

Okay... now things are getting interesting. A few hours ago I wrote that for the first time my cloudbet withdrawal didnt go through instantly and that it would have to be approved manually. After confirming the withdrawal request via email, the status in the wallet transactions history switched to pending and the text said what I just wrote - in addition there was a button to cancel the withdrawal and I cancelled.
I placed some more bets and 30 minutes ago requested a withdrawal once again. I confirmed my withdrawal request via email and the status in the transactions history switched - this time though its different and its saying "processing" with no option to cancel or anything like that. I thought I would ask the live support who were not able to say anything helpful but only that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends bla bla (the support person was not able to write proper English by the way).
I am not sure what is going on but I will definitely stay away from Cloudbet for a while...

The Cloudbet should do something as soon as possible otherwise this is not good at all with the complaints i have seen from various members lately. I should probably keep away until things get back to normal.

i used to use cloudbet untill one day my withdraw of less then 10mbtc was stuck on 'manual approve' for about 3 days and every help channel i tried told me it will be done 'soon'. never used that site again never will
and what happen at the end? you just give up on it and never received your withdrawal?
yes i did get it,
to add on, i have heard from multiple friends about random bets not being settled for no reason for hours and support doing nothing.
cloudbet is in shambles and i would not be surprised if they closed shop

Right now I think people should stay away from Cloudbet they are being very shady, they told me a bet I clearly won was put up in error, bet if I would of loss there would be no error.

Well, its just no surprise when you miss out as a customer on so many different points - I mean, we are talking about basic stuff here and I have provided the feedback several times. You cant just let your customers wait so long for a standard withdrawal when other sites are processing instantly - you just cant and if you do, you will loose customers.

I have just requested a small withdrawal as well and it looks like they really like to make things complicated - suddently at first I needed to confirm my withdrawal request via email. After doing so, the withdrawal now is pending, stating it has to be manually approved which can take up to 24 hours? Not what you expect from a good bookie...
i can´t say how it was before as i´m using cloudbet active now for 1-2 month....but the procedure was confirmation via email and then wait up to 24 hours. was easy to go as i received always my withdrawal but NOW, waiting 8 days....things changed.
The withdrawals should "normally" be automatic and instant as is with other professional operators - I have done dozens of deposits so no need to manually approve shit.
