Please i placed a withdrawal of 0.01613355btc on Nov 25th, today is 27th and its still pending 
This isn't a huge amount tho...i've sent mails and got replies that it'll be processed shortly but its still the same.

I think it's automated message and whenever you send a new message you will get the same reply. And maybe the best thing you could do for now is to message them directly on their personal account here so that they will notice your issue since they mostly active in this thread and hopefully it will be sorted out.

All bookmakers (bookies) are the same in regards to this.
When you bet on a player to score a certain amount of points you have to consider all risks involved ... if for instance that player would have fouled 6 times (in Europe 5 times) then he would ejected from the game.
Alternatively, if he would start a fight with another player - he could also be ejected from the game.
And yes, if he gets injured - he also gets "ejected" from the game.
You have to consider all these scenarios, even though in most cases players just play as long as their coach lets them play, but considering these scenarios is something where the onus falls on you, the bettor, and not on the bookmaker ....
The bookmaker only states that if the player hasn't played at all - then yes, in this case, there isn't any fair betting - and in that case the bet would be void.
Regarding tennis - many bookmakers settle Tennis matches after 1 set is completed, but some don't since the match hasn't been completely played.
Please be aware of how sports betting works, if you can't deal with the losses - then don't bet. When the fun stops - stop.

Cloudbet only gives me casino bonuses even though I am not a casino player, and the support is always ignoring me and never helps me with my issues, even though I have had so many issues with the site from bets settling too slow to bets being misgraded. Right now I don't recommend anyone uses this site 
It was so good for years with great sports bonuses, but now I only get 25 mbtc casino bonus which I can only use on slots rather than giving me 25 mbtc bonus for sports. I never understood that if you miss your customers give them what they want. If someone deposits and bets over 2 btc on sports and 0 btc on casino, wouldn't it make sense to giev them a sports bonus?
