Cloudbet only gives me casino bonuses even though I am not a casino player, and the support is always ignoring me and never helps me with my issues, even though I have had so many issues with the site from bets settling too slow to bets being misgraded. I was emailed that they credited my account with a 1 mBTC freebet - generally cool, always nice to get freebies (we guys should not forget that bookies arent there just for fun, they are a business

3 days gone after sending the documents, with multiple selfies.
More then 1 1/2 weeks gone after i made a withdrawal request, and i can´t do anything, have to see and watch the btc price.

my Account is unblocked, so i login and saw that my Balance is now 0! I remember i had something like 0.057 btc on my Account.
I wonder what is happening with my btc. So i contact the support.
Now here is the Scandal:
After i was forced to send them Selfies with a Paper Handwritten "The World Cloudbet" + Selfie with ID ect.
and my Account was unblocked and verified...
they just CANCEL my 2 winnings bets from:
6. October and 3. Ocotober!
So you force me to go tru this Verification to show me after, that my Balance is Zero and you just steal my winnings. Is that how a trustful Bookie should deal with there customers?
