Now that really sucks. I can't imagine how i would feel if i was in your shoes because for me whenever i make a withdraw, i expect it to be processed within a few minutes for altcoins and just a couple of hours for BTC.
The Cloudbet should do something as soon as possible otherwise this is not good at all with the complaints i have seen from various members lately. I should probably keep away until things get back to normal.
I don’t see a problem here, the site’s rules say that the withdrawal takes up to 48 hours. If Bitcoin is urgently needed then its should be stored in your wallet and not on someone else's resource. You don't have to rush things and write bad reviews ahead of time. I know cloudbet are capable of improving even further and it's the reason they have been in business for a long time. I also like how Ronnie tries to help people here. I totally have nothing against them so i wonder why you conclude that i made a "bad review"
