So i won alot and i understand it takes time.

And for any other bookie payout within 36 hours is likely never to happen.

I tried a ton of bookies

BUT i was told instant, so i expected it would be instant.
And it wasnt, but i received the 6 BTC cashout 36 hours after.
Which i a pretty good payout time for any bookie out there...

But it was my first time withdrawing here so i was nervous.

Now that i have gotten the BTC i wanna say some good things:

They announced a while ago they do not cater to players from the united states. So if you deposited any bitcoin there dont expect to be contacted by them if you are from there cause they wont respond to you just like they have done to countless of other customers of theirs.
If you have an ip address from the states of even a masked ip address using a vpn they will assume you are hiding your ip address so to evade being detected being from this region where they cant legally allow customers to transfer funds from and sent to them. They will just reluctantly just ignore any of your attempts to contact them.

I can´t login anymore to my Account, everything was fine just few hours ago, my complain was only the long withdrawal which is still pending. So i contact you and after that, i can´t login anymore.

I am a rookie to BTC and new to cloudbet.

However i had a bunch of BTC. And i decided to try cloudbet since all i have read is nice reviews, fast withdrawals etc.

I put in a total of 5-6 BTC and in beginning i lost down to my last 1.80 deposit.

But then i managed to hit literally everything.
NFL, Soccer, Tennis and casino.
And now i made it to 16 BTC.

I have 29 hours ago put in a withdrawal of 6 BTC (pretty much just my initial deposit).

At first the VIP manager contacted me saying it takes couple hours.
It didnt, so i asked someone else. I was told i would have it soon.
This i was told twice in the last 24 hours.

Then around 12 hours ago i got pissed and i said what is going on, i was told it can take up to 24 hours.

25 hours passed, still nothing. So i contacted live support again, he said thanks for my patience (?) and that its coming as soon as possible.


Now when im told something, then something, then something its hard to understand what is going on.
The support insured me there was no technical issues with my withdrawal in last chat.

I have taken photos of all the chats + i have the mails saying the hours it would take.

I can still fully operate with my account etc., no problems there.

But i would just like my withdrawal seen done. I know 29 hours is not much time, but it is when you keep being told its coming soon.

Hope i can get some help here

Seems like scam to me.
If you are genuine then why don't you make your own ANN about it? Why come and advertise it in the cloudbet thread?

There's nothing negative i have said here mate. Just a simple opinion of how i would feel if it happened to me and also just some advice on cloudbet to pull up their socks due to the increasing complaints... Is that really a "bad review"?

I know cloudbet are capable of improving even further and it's the reason they have been in business for a long time. I also like how Ronnie tries to help people here. I totally have nothing against them so i wonder why you conclude that i made a "bad review"

They had the same issues in the past, the competition is increasing in the platform and majority of the sportsbook have instant withdrawals for small amount but cloudbet always delayed their withdrawals and if they do not improve their experience the site will loose customers as there are more options now in the crypto world and there is a new book coming up from a reputed team here from what i heard, i am using cloudbet for a long time and i wish they improve their performance.

update: i got full paid, thanks to the cloudbet support here, who contact me via PN and take care of my issue.
