This is a new level of ridiculousness from CloudBet.

i have a pending tennis wager from over 48 hours now. I have sent 5 tickets in which I get a cut and paste response from Molly.  On live chat, Molly gives me the same excuses.  they have to manually grade and she has notified the sports team.  The sports team never has any communication nor does management.  they will leave your bets ungraded for 1 week and than say sorry and no compensate or anything.

if you hold clients monies without their consent for weeks without communication. it is definitely not a book to be trusted.

Every other sportsbook crypto or fiat is faster than cloudbet and I rather go to Nitrogen because their support and speed is faster and more reliable than Cloudbet.  And for live options i rather use fiat books as the time it has taken to grade a bet at Cloudbet, i could make a withdrawal faster at  fiat book.

4th time in a month I have had to wait over 72 hours to get a manual grade.  what is the point of a fast withdrawal if you cannot get a fast grade

They are doing it with lot of people now.
Read my post and see how they have changed their narrative around KYC.
A genuine company tell account holder to have their account access and then ask them firmly to do KYC and not block their account like a mafia.

Its not that there arent live events - they are there but after you click, the markets are closed... This is happening all the time today...

One more thing: Those loyalty points - I understand they are used to clear the deposit bonus, which I never received by the way but never mind. Are there plans on more ways to profit from those points for loyal customers? I mean, people are accumulating them but what for? Cheesy

Why no Ashes test match market live, it's international match and almost every book offering market for test matches. It's strange to see that cloudbet not offering.

Does everyone need to comply with KYC in cloudbet, i used to play earlier but never asked for any identification details, does this mean that if i deposit bitcoin now i have to provide KYC details in order to withdraw my coins  Huh. If i really do not want to provide my identification details for withdrawing my coins i would like to know what other option does we have as a player other than providing all my documents.

Update to my issue, your support staff isn't solving my issue and has said that this was final communtication and forcing KYC now which was not an issue at all.

Having checked the plays made at the time, while you were playing with the new deposit, you ended up almost playing through the entirety of your actual balance. At this point, you played a round on the game "Dragon Tiger" using what was left of your actual balance, and some of your bonus balance.

This round used the remaining 0.031845 BTC that was on your actual balance, and 0.000025 BTC that was in your bonus balance. This round ended up returning 0.06374 BTC, which was added to your bonus balance as per our terms and conditions. From then on, all of your funds were bonus funds. On the 17th of July, the bonus expired, and the bonus funds were removed from your account.

Therefore, we cannot refund your bonus, as no technical issues occurred, however when a bonus expires before playing it through, it automatically disappears from the account and you will not be able to continue completing the rollover requirements.
