I have been using cloudbet for my sports betting activities for a couple of weeks now and thought I would share my experiences.
For many years now, I have been placing bets at all the big players on the net and I can tell you straight away that cloudbet is not (yet?) on the same level as some of the top "regular" bookies such as bet365. It lacks in some areas but nothing major.
I can confidently say that I am surprised how well it all went. Deposits and withdrawals are quick and easy, which is obviously the most important point. Other than that, all common (and even not so common) events are covered - the betting range in depth isnt as big as I would like but the main options are there definitely. I would also love to find some more options for Asian bets. For some matches you can find Asian odds, for others you dont.
If you compare cloudbet with other big bookies, you will also miss features such as cashing out your current bets and of course you wont find nearly as many live streams. What confuses me the most though: Placing parlays seems almost impossible?! In so many cases when you try adding different selections to your slip, you receive an error message that this multiple betting option is restricted. Why is that? I seriously recommend to fix this - even though I personally use single bets in 99% of all cases. Last but not least - it looks like it is not possible to play systems such as 4 out of 5 etc. Why is that?
As a conclusion: Cloudbet is a nice option for bitcoin betting and I can recommend it. If they manage to fix the smaller issues I mentioned, I may even consider them as my future main bookie.

Looks like a super easy contest, because there are only two options to choose. Up or down, 50/50 chance to win
I suppose this is going to be like "Cloudbet's Cloud 9 Predictor Competition", where only few will receive real prizes.

This is the last warning for cloudbet to solve my problem with an account. Cloudbet's representative is aware of my problem and he/she is not trying to help me. When I open live chat, they close it.

However, this also creates the question of "is there more problems on cloudbet which is why there is always someone asking for help or is it because they give so amazing help that people just tend to ask questions more frequently?" , we literally don't know if it is because cloudbet having problems that the support has to always be on their toes or if it is because support is always helping people that causes them to ask these, like how could we even know the answer to this, there is no data to support this kind of question neither.
In any case, this sportsbook is by far the best support I have ever seen in all sportsbooks, maybe they also have problems and that is bad, maybe they don't we don't know the answer to that but we know very well that even if you have any troubles, it will be solved in no time.

Maybe it's due to user's experience or ronnie being more approachable and reliable. Sometimes their live chat might not be active and their ann thread is another way of reaching out for support. Also you could get a better answer if you ask here in their thread than on their live chat imo.
