I have already provided all information, your support staff is not replying now. Once they had nothing they could do, they sent me KYC.
If I had to do KYC, it would have been told to me before making deposit and not for withdrawal. Your user since 2016 getting this issue from last three days and now not even replying.

Rather than telling something without any clarity, it would be better if you could explain your issue here so that the team could respond to you here, if you are not willing to explain your issue, it is better not to write something that will confuse people and start speculating about the issue.I have been a member of Cloudbet since 4 years and hence don't want to accuse them of anything if they can solve this case.
I am also a member of cloudbet for a very very long time and i never faced any issues but sad that some of the features and options i liked earlier are changed after they revamped the site.I am now sharing the whole story with complete information, I am really unhappy to see this thing happen. Rolling your balance shouldn't be a problem as they have live bets you can easily bet on teams that are leading heavily with less than a few minutes left.
