There is a really weird dilemma going on with cloudbet at all times. There are more people constantly asking for something or requesting help and there is always someone helping them (the support is just basically the best out there EVER!).
However, this also creates the question of "is there more problems on cloudbet which is why there is always someone asking for help or is it because they give so amazing help that people just tend to ask questions more frequently?" , we literally don't know if it is because cloudbet having problems that the support has to always be on their toes or if it is because support is always helping people that causes them to ask these, like how could we even know the answer to this, there is no data to support this kind of question neither.
In any case, this sportsbook is by far the best support I have ever seen in all sportsbooks, maybe they also have problems and that is bad, maybe they don't we don't know the answer to that but we know very well that even if you have any troubles, it will be solved in no time.

Hopefully this will help move us towards lower min stakes for the entertainment markets in the near future, but I can't make any promises from my position.

Still very low limit, except world cup matches not able bet for winning over 0.006 Btc, it's really low. Don't know why it's low to me and normal for other. Waiting for your response, you told me last time you will get back to me asap, but more than a week passed and no response yet.

@Ronnie. The Game of Thrones' hard sell on Cloudbet might be because of the high minimum stake. I reckon it might have been better if it had been lowered to make it more affordable for everyone.

is there any country or account restrictions going on?
@SyGambler - Not that i'm aware of (aside from our usual blocks on players from restricted territories), but I did have a similar report through Twitter recently so i'm going to ask one of our team to investigate for you. There was a weird issue yesterday where certain markets were temporarily locked, but this was resolved within minutes so unless you were very unlucky with timings it couldn't be that.

Hmm,,, it is a shame that Cloudbet seems to keep having problems all the time with their betting the way the wagers are graded and then also withdrawal issues. They already did a lot to clean up the old problems and now new ones are cropping up. I suggest to the site that they should go in and clean up all the bugs because they seem to be really coming up all over the place now.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Cloudbet seems to be having some issues with Withdrawals lately. Used to get Instant withdrawals with them now every withdrawal is marked as "needed to be processed manually" and support just keeps giving you the run around of "could take up to 24hs or 48hs" in rare occasions for some large withdrawals to go thru.
However no matter how small the withdrawal same issue occurs.
I was told by Miguel the chat rep that my withdrawal should be processed shortly (been trying since yesterday).
It is important to note that my account is not locked or frozen or limited in any other form because I have been able to keep playing (getting excited on new soccer and baseball matches, cancelling the long waiting withdrawals and rebetting again).
Will keep you guys updated.

after I signed in it showed me that there are no markets available for that match even tho I was able to see the odds before I log in

I've reported this to our teams who are now investigating now as a priority, and I'll report back with any updates I receive.

My anger has no limits!!!
And if earlier bets on total goals in the 1st half were in almost every match, now - in ~20-30 percent of matches. Disappointmented.

Cloudbet should really clarify this one for ease of mind.Theyre having some issues that arent even resolved as of this moment.
The issue is probably fixed by their support now that all of his post and complaints about the misgraded bets was already deleted. In cloudbet, there were some misgraded bet happened with me too, but they were very quick to resolve the issue, I don't think it's big issue for them, that user made issue bigger because it's took some time. I am really very happy with their support, they were always very quick to resolve any issue.
