Hi,

Because of the recent difficulty jump, the variances on Bitminter would be quite large. A lot of our customers (about 80%) are new to bitcoin mining. They would not understand the month to month variances so we had to temporarily switch to the Guild for a while. In September we have 110 terahashes coming on-line. The variance would not affect us with that amount of power.

We are very much still working with bitminter. Right now we have to do what serves our customers until the larger majority of our hashing power comes on-line.

people shouldn't. the ones who posted very negatively in this thread clearly do not have a contract.  if they do, we need proof like order numbers and they're email and then confirm it with CH.

  so if you wait a few days you will be sure that knc has built a working machine and will really deliver them in sept.

 so why not clock knc bitcoin mining  for a week to be sure they built real gear.

Cloud hashing was delayed  by bfl as   bfl was very slow with gear to the entire btc world.  this slowed up cloudhashing. 

 I have a july contract I paid about 700 usd and I have collected about 11 usd.  I am hoping for a little better the 11 usd the 20th of aug.

 I no longer judge this site as good or bad.

 I just attempt to give the info I know. Along with the result of the 700usd I put into this company.

If I join now, when will the contract start? Are you still waiting for the hardware's?

Hi All,

If you are one of the few still waiting to receive a payment. We are still waiting on the last couple of customers to update their wallets. Then we will send them all in one batch. We have pretty much ironed out the kinks in our automated payment process. It does usually take a few iterations to get these sort of things sorted.

We will continue to go to the open market to purchase mining equipment to satisfy our customers if delays from BFL persist. This is what we said we would do, and this is what we are doing. We purchase these BFL mining rigs off Ebay & IRC, period!

I doubt that people who have bought a contract would post negative remarks like 'this company is a scam' cos that would be like shooting yourself in the foot.  readers beware of people making new accounts and then post negative remarks on here.

CH is a start up, be patient.

A)Website is working

B)Today is Aug 11th I was sent .106 BTC on AUG 6th

C)I have a stats page with my hashpower listed and my total payments so far.

D) You are correct that this is not the most organized company.

E)25% hash jump is due Sept

F)My investment is 7.2 BTC  My collection so far is .106 btc  


  I have a lot of ground to make up  next payment is due  Aug 20th.

Is cloudhashing offering refunds?  Has anyone tried?

I have to say I a sick to the back teeth of this company.  I was an early adopter and have not seen anything that convinces me this is a legitimate company. 

At first I put it down to teething trouble as every company has them from time to time.  For months on end I could not log in as there were login issues.  Once I could finally log in I couldn't add a wallet address. 
When I finally managed to add a wallet address, it mysteriously disappeared and I had to email it to them.  I haven't had a pay out yet despite this supposedly occurring on 11th Aug - 3 days ago!!
I tried replying to a support ticket to find the website is not working.
They're supposedly running at 10% capacity - no forward planning with respect to relying on BFL!!
The company is supposed to be offering a 25% increase on hash rate for July customers - guess what I've seen no evidence of that yet.
The company is not very open with respect to how  much hashing power I am currently getting - there are no stats page so we can see who's getting what.  This should have happened around 04 July time as of yet, I haven't found anything.

I've been patient and allowed the trouble to be sorted out but it's one thing after another after another.  They way things are going, there will be no return - the only one profiting is cloudhashing themselves.

I since found out the founder of cloushashing is an senior IT developer  - I think this is beginning to smell of scam.  Is he a poor IT developer making lots of money?  I'm not profiting, I wonder who is?

Off to seek legal advise.  Be warned anyone thinking of investing in this company.
