Be a little bit careful guys, a lot of these have variations on mining-hash-bit-miner-cloud in their names, try not to get them mixed up.

The "bitcoincloudminer" redirect has nothing to do, as far as I'm aware, with the sig campaign referred to above, or with the Australian Cloudminer.com which runs it.

Cloudminer.com, just to add to potential confusion, aren't offering traditional cloudmining contracts with an upfront payments/roi structure.
They appear to be selling third party hash thru an internal market and, although they should be approached with care, don't immediately ring scam alarms for me.

Likely Ponzi scams that have yet to collapse:
Code:
bitcoincloudservices  1+2+4+5+6*+7       => 6/7 = Ponzi (+ founded by known scammer  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=860400.msg9638868#msg9638868)

this is must move to :
Ponzi's that have already collapsed as predicted

bitcoincloudservices is scam in 2015 and no payout again.

Thanks for mentioning that.
Will edit in a few seconds time.

I have not yet listed Cloudminer.com since I am waiting for their proofs (if they have any) to what they were claiming before.
Might add them in the next update.

he is claim Cloudminer.com Pty Ltd is a registered company with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.14066577

I think the admin is correlating with this ASIC?
http://asic.gov.au/

Unless otherwise we need proof of consent/approval solely from ASIC with the respective registration number.
Else there would be no difference if I create a site tomorrow and attach a sticker mentioning it is approved by so on and so forth organization.

"Common rogue from Russia with a bare ass."
I would point out a site like hashocean.com.
They appear to be legit but could still be a ponzi, though their payouts continuously change.

That was the topic of the last five posts. Pls explain how they "appear to be legit".

What you are fogetting is the phrase in most jurisdictions "innocent until proven guilty"

I belive that they are legitimate as they offer a way of mining at a price that does actually change.

And that's it, is it? Hashocean qualifies as "appears to be legit" because their prices change?

No comment on the unprofitability of mining with graphics cards, the absurd number of supposed investors, the deliberate lie about offices?

"Innocent until proven guilty".
What does that actually mean? Does it mean "give any old anon with a website the benefit of doubt and your money", by default?
This isn't a jurisdiction. This isn't  a court of law. This is Bitcoinland and people's money.

But then, as a self described "manipulator of ponzis and markets" you will obviously be aware of this.

Apply that to every nigerian prince's business proposal in your spam filter, I dare you.

When it comes to investing, particularly in the bitcoin realm, the presumption of innocence doesnt apply and is stupid beyond words. You should apply a presumption of scam until proven trustworthy.

I also always had an opinion "innocent until proven guilty". But the longer I am in the crypto-community the more I am convinced that here it does not fit .. Unfortunately .. Sad

I belive that they are legitimate as they offer a way of mining at a price that does actually change. They say that they take a fee of 20% which is fully legit. The fact that they don't share this information of how much they have taken doesn't really do very much.

How can you prove that Hashnest are legit? They've been paying for 2 years yes, but they could be a ponzi, we just don't know?

Two solid fallacies in one post, well done.

"Innocent until proven guilty" is completely irrelevant to handing money over to some website.

And some other site being or not being legit has no bearing on this particular case either.

There is absolutely no justification under any circumstances or jurisdictions to not perform due diligence when parting with your money. If you act under a "belief" rather than facts (or lack thereof) - may God help you because nothing else will.

MiningSweden.se also appeas to be legit. They are offering shares of miners, miners and shares in their company to their users. The main leader has been invited to talks at bitmaintech and is known by some people as he has not hidden his identity. (His name is said to be Tommy).

They have phone number +1 650 603 5816
What country it is? Someone call there?

North America. One can get a Google Voice or some other fake number without much effort, that doesn't mean anything.

According to this, California to be precise, probably on a non existent desk in their non existent San Francisco HQ.

Also from their assessment

Quote
Hardware used concerns Radeon R9 280 X Gigabyte (GV-R928XOC-3GD) graphic cards with a capacity of 700 KH/s each according to the FAQ. At the current difficulty these should not be able to mine more than 0.00000001 BTC per day (roughly $0.000003), while electricity costs at 600W per card would be around $2 per day.

So why would anyone want to call them anyway?

"Hello, can you help me, are you a scam?"

Of course they're a fucking scam.  Roll Eyes
