Just read this article, dated three weeks after Cloud Think were supposed to have started running their global empire from that address.

Even if someone is proposing to escrow the fund , I doubt that he will play it nice and agree to escrow the fund as he is being too proud of himself right now as he paid alot for the campaign already. Also option 2, those people who joined the campaign should take the risk that the campaign could stop paying anytime sooner

Well 2 options:

1) With escrow it shows more legitimacy and people are even more likely to join the campaign and therefor promote this scam.
2) Without escrow those people who are promoting this obvious scam might not be paid by the obvious scam and therefor miss 3 days of signature payments.

TBH option 2 seems much better to me. I don't want anyone to be scammed but 3 days of having an unpaid signature in such a high risk campaign, seems not the end of the world to me.

The problem is that without an escrow the chances of scam are higher. Without an escrow people would fall for participating in their campaign without thinking of the likely scenario of not being paid on one of the weeks, during their exit.
I believe in cases like these for likely scams, an escrow should rather offer their service and not refuse it . The company will still continue with their campaign without an escrow which they are doing, as people will join just looking at the high payouts. Atleast it will be safer with an escrow in place.

Since they are not using any escrow it seems their campaigns are high risk now. Very high possibility they will stop paying on the week they end their operation. Participants should ask for the escrow despite it being a campaign with high payout. I remember someone who offered escrow just to prevent people from being scammed, maybe he should offer it now.

I might add they offer hero and legendary members a weekly 0.1 bonus to keep quiet...

This is the only aspect that doesn't make any sense. The best option for them would've been to allow smaller options like 0.1 BTC. Maybe this is the first time for this guy and from next time will be smarter.

they will bankrupt from signature campaign soon, hope this happen before anyone else fall for this.
$499 is very damn high investment with small profit.

The avatar rates are very high. Its also weekly and my guess is that this is close to stopping. It will run another week and the PR/CEO will leave just before the payment.

i was the one who enroll on this avatar+signature campaign, after read this thread i quit, i dont want that someone give me negative trust because of that and be a part of a "possible" scam

"Ranjeeta Jandu" is listed as the sole shareholder of cloudthink ltd, the information is consistent across several business profile sites.

If anything the surplus of advertising funds is a dead giveaway of a ponzi; in mining, an operation that shows marginal profits in these conditions with the difficulty and price of BTC, no legitimate operation should be able to have this level of funding available; in fact the company's registration shows only 50k pounds of funds available to the company, a  few zeroes from the "millions" "Richard Coleman" claims to have backing the company.

the pay is effective in keeping people enrolled, very effective.

TL:dr  Mirjangka will pay for positive feedback.

I get the impression that he has been given a big launch budget and is determined to spend it, but doesn't know much about anything, including promotion, BTC or BCT and is taking advice from someone who he believes does, hence the fixation with hero sigs, avatars and feedback, all of which are of much less value than he believes.
