Problems are bound to exist (e.g. with paswords, 2FA etc..) which is why support should be available always

as far as I remember, they didn't have the required 2FA. Maximum security is a confirmation email because of login from a new IP address or new login after a long time.

and hold up, did I miss something? several months? the announcement was published on Oct 1, 2019 and withdrawals were available until Dec 1, 2019 so that's only two months.

you're probably right. in those days I was actively trading with one token there, I probably saw this announcement right at the beginning, so it seemed like a long time before the deadline.
Also, I can't find an informational email about this statement.

The problem is when it takes way too long. Coinexchange.io has shut all communication so there's no way to follow up or get an update... which btw is a very shady practice.
of all the exchanges that closed due to suspicious hacks or whatever, Coinexchange did it in a probable fairway. they announced the closure several months in advance so everyone had enough time to withdraw coins from there. there were also no additional complications during the withdrawal process.
and this last call for withdrawals is also a good manner, so everyone got another chance. I don't know how long they would have to keep all the services active to keep everyone happy.
Just my opinion about their case.

especially when:

d. You agree that any digital currency not withdrawn by the date given on Closure Notice (or where no application to withdraw has otherwise been submitted) is abandoned as and from that date. For the avoidance of doubt, you relinquish or otherwise release any right, title or claim to such digital currency as and from the withdrawal date set out in the Closure Notice

Coinexchange.io is Closing Down
01/10/2019

...The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019. We ask that you please remove all funds by this date.
note: it's dd/mm/yyyy and not January 10, 2019, see this 18/06/2019 for reference

plus there were users complaining about not being informed via email

I don't know how much worth your PAC assets there, as far as I know, they have announced a slightly higher fee for latecomers withdrawal. You may not have enough to cover everything.

I have at least 600,000 PAC on there and I filled out the withdraw application as soon as it opened on the 18th so I don't think it's either one of those situations. I knew receiving coins may take awhile but I didn't think it would be this long, I had another one that I received within a couple of days of the withdraw window closing so that's why I'm surprised when I still don't see it in my wallet.

Agreed, I actually really liked Coinexchange. It was a really simple layout kind of like Craigslist and straight forward to use. One of the only exchanges I could rely on to never give me any issues.

Almost 2 months later, still waiting for PAC. Is anyone out there still waiting for funds?

I wanted to reach out because I received that one within a day or two of the site closing where as I haven't received any PAC and didn't realize it would take this long. Not sounding ungrateful, just wanted to see if anyone else had not received their PAC as well.

That's probably because that time they still have their full system intact and possibly the staffs too which is the opposite of now.

Did anyone else have PAC on coinexchange? if so, have you received yours yet? I had two crypto balances on there and received the full amount of one of them within days of the site closing but haven't received any PAC. I've always had good experiences with coinexchange so maybe I'm just getting anxious because it's a good amount of PAC but I also thought that I would've gotten it by now.

So the other cryptocoin was not included in the recent last batch of withdrawals as you have withdrew them before it close? confirming this because if both of them are included, it would make sense to not receive them both at the same time as coinexchange.io is processing the withdrawals by cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals will be processed on a currency by currency basis, it may take some time for all of your withdrawals to be completed.

In any case, I would expect a much longer waiting time because they probably have limited staff, I say it's still fine for now...

Try to also ask here in regards to PAC: Last chance to withdraw your crypto from COINEXCHANGE.io after 18th of May!

Yes, the other cryptocoin was something else, still, I wanted to reach out because I received that one within a day or two of the site closing where as I haven't received any PAC and didn't realize it would take this long. The output request button is inactive, when clicked, I just refresh the page.

whether you verified the email address first? That is the first step. When you validate your email, after that KYC activation button will be enabled.
Try it. You don't need to ask for help here to any click.

So the mail was confirmed during registration. And now I have not received any emails about the confirmation of the mail. There is also no mail confirmation button in the interface.

Thanks. I have already written there several times. When I was trading on the exchange, KYC was not required. Now I will try to write again, sending them the documents. Maybe at least that's the answer. Do you know of any other way to contact them?

I am not sure what wrong you doing here. There are two simple steps (if you want to pass KYC)
You need to verify the email address registered there, and also to pass KYC. After both successful tasks, you will be allowed to add your withdrawal addresses to all funds you have. Except currencies with a balance below the minimum withdrawal fee.

For example, I'm tested it with one shitcoin, here is how its look

Hello, friends. I accidentally discovered that the exchange again allowed me to withdraw the stuck funds. I had 20,000,000 UFOs on my orders there. I was happy, I go to the site, I have no funds in my wallet. Hannibal account, mail [email protected]
There are no letters on my mail that there were payments, there is a two-factor authorization, so the possibility of theft of funds is excluded. There is no way to contact technical support. Please help me.

You don't need to post your email address here. no one from here can help you except the Coinexchange team, but they have not been present here for a long time.
as far as I have seen, they require that an identification document be sent to pass KYC before any chance to withdraw your funds. Did you do the necessary things send them a selfie and a picture of any personal document to pass KYC?
His e-mail [email protected] is the only way to try to contact them, of course from your email address registered there.

Now, to pass the KYC procedure, you need to have funds on the balance sheet, and the exchange simply does not display them. Although they were definitely on the orders, 20,000,000 coins.

I received a message stating that coinexchange.io will allow people to withdraw their cryptos on May 21, 2021. At that time the login will be active.  anyone can verify this?

Message from who?
I didn't get a message.

But if you visit their website, domain https://www.coinexchange.io/ you will find a new announcement. it looks like it will allow withdrawal for anyone who hasn’t done so. It will be after May 18th, but they're still no information on how much time will be open. They are talking about the highest fee, but it seems to be better and so than nothing. Especially for people who have locked Dogecoin there, for example.
However, this is a positive move from this former exchange.

Seems like it will be open until 30 May. I've given it a try. My old coin was still on there and have now submitted a withdrawal application.
But seems like they won't process applications until after end of claim period (30 May) so will just have to wait and see what happens I suppose.

Wow, this is something new from this exchange. I did not receive anything from there, I mean on the email used for registration. I am not sure where you receive that message?
